  1. Men versus Boys For all the promise of the designated singing section it was all rather dreary, weak and unimaginative
  2. …and that children is why you shouldn’t do drugs 🦊💙
  3. I'm not sure how much involvement Enzo had. So much on his plate at the moment, he'd probably give a nod maybe but it'd be down to Rudkin IMO Didn't set the world alight at Watford and is largely guided now by Vesterguaard, but OK as a shut up shop last 10 minute ankle biting squad player
  4. He's expected to be back at the end of September so point made was largely spot on
  5. Vardy will be very lucky to get the 3 league goals he did last season. Our game is a million miles away from suiting his style or any other 'striker' Its here to stay though, i just wish we'd mix it up a bit and throw in a bit of retro footie in with our current predictable chess game. LCFC of old would hammer our side now
  6. We've been starved of wingers who assist!! Great to see, really missed seeing players, in particular the LW playing for and part of a team
  7. Sussed that after 90 mins Grew into the game as KDH did. 1 assist, Barnes did 3 all last season Pick up as he finished and he'll be great
  8. I get dropped off at the Symphony Rooms silly early and road open but closes later. Way out OK on the roads between Burnmoor street and Aylestone Road but BS and the streets towards the Soar pretty much closed
  9. Last time i boo'd was at David Pleat Home and away for decades i have giving players support and the acknowledgment they deserve.
  10. Sing-a-long with the Chilwell, Maguire, Forest, Derby, Cov, Wesley Morgan, Iwan Roberts, Filbert St songs for the first 35 minutes, Followed by the odd rare tune to lift our players, then boo at half -time Same-same
  11. Sounds very familiar
  12. The Shipman's flouting the club then many of the family immediately selling their shares on advise didn't smell too good post administration http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/8154497.stm King Power related story pre LCFC. Read this pre KP coming here, always wary when in BKK
  13. Unquestionably a fantastic championship player. I've watched him many times at West Brom and as he was used he was brilliant, also saw him several times for Barnsley and MKD where he was less so but more down to not being used right. Past two seasons he has mirrored Bodgers soft power puff persona sadly. 13 goals but team play poor as those who study the game would agree. Gamble, but if a silly £25m is all we can get then keep him with a proper manager. Excel against poorer defences, promotion and then sell for higher. Win win
  14. Agree Words of a players father ...Rodgers is obsessed with money and himself. Enough said? . Players were being morphed into mini Rodgers, and that's pretty tiny. Our self proclaimed elite coach wanted to create a team in his own powder puff nauseating image and succeeded with many players. Those who shown they had a pair of gonads were dropped and ostracised Throwing the owners, fans, players under a bus is desperately sickening and as low as low can get, one notch below grassing. Dined out on players and spirit he inherited, when it came to making his own mark he fell on his perma-tan ass . Failed to get the Spurs job so crawled back to his safest option into the seat of the guy who was deemed better than him Karma....He'll fall on his face
  15. Its looking that way. Decent bet to get relegated IMO Our Brendaesque soft lad players tolerated his greediness and non team play as did some of our supporters as he dined out on being 'one of our own' He's stepping up to a mans game, he'll need to change.
  16. Can't really show any more commitment than buying season tickets every year regardless. I think you'll see some bigger holes in the SK1 Panda Pop drinking section as attendance and paying for such is mostly optional
  17. The club parted company with him in that role when they moved to Seagrave. He stayed on as an assistant in the kit department I believe He took another U turn and returned to Belvoir Drive in the same chef role but for the Ladies team Levy/ Compass look after the food at Seagrave, sizable turnover of staff recently
  18. I hope those looking to buy Barnes use the same optician as the media and pundits, who created the myth around him and our ex elite manager. Great lad and best of luck to him. Ironically he is good championship standard but we need to cash in
  19. A 10 minute explore on Google to Rodgers and his son Aaron, their links and background speaks volumes. I was told by the father of a first team player that money was/is Rodgers God. His life is about making as much money as possible by lying, pushing brand Brendan and spewing out the same copy and paste tactics that the sports media swallow and call him 'elite'
  20. 5 APR 2019 “We have just bought a house down here. We’re very committed to it and we love the area. “Bradgate Park has been amazing. It’s a stunning area'' (Lived on Warren Hill NTL) Months later straight after getting his extensive drive resurfaced moved to a rental near Seagrave , weeks after moved to Cheshire (I believe) Obsessed with money (fact) and brand Brandan. ; Pretty obvious he'd ran out of love for the club and ideas. The 4-1 humiliation against Forest and his subsequent throwing us all under a bus was the end of him basically. Look at the results since then. Elite coach and far too good for us, second only to God. Source BR
  21. That'd be very nice but i suspect a quality scout with nous pretty much like the more intelligent LCFC supporters would recognize his very limited and predictable ability. Lookman was by far our best left winger (check YouTube if memory short) and he was £15M Barnes is better than he has been since his long injury (and new contract) and maybe a better manager will get more out of him, but not worth the £100K PW (70 + add-ons) we pay him or anything like £50m sadly
  22. Your opinion that people shouldn’t have opinions? People are disappointed in his final season with us that hasn’t ended that well
  23. WE? PRONOUN A speaker or writer uses we to refer both to himself or herself and to one or more other people as a group.
