Domestic Football is being squeezed out.

The super league may happen but it isn't inevitable for the same reason it failed last time. Most fans don't want it, and so governments just need to threaten to legislate against it to kill it. -
Not if it gets to the booking history stage, like Preston did.

EFL clubs are only obliged to give 2,000 tickets to away fans, or 10% of the ground's capacity, whichever is the smaller. -
Words you never heard at football.

I don't think 2.5 bookings a match is bad.

Preston home Wednesday October 4th 7.45pm

I found a workaround that means someone who has a booking history (i.e. at least one home or away point) can buy a ticket online for someone who hasn't, when tickets are on sale to people at the booking history stage, like Preston. You go into the 'Friends and family' section of your LCFC account and 'Create a relationship' by filling in their details. The system gives them a six digit supporter number. You then buy a ticket online for them as normal using their name. -
ST holders can buy extra tickets for any age category.

Just a few single seats dotted about in roughly half the blocks

Especially given the cost of getting to Swansea.

Falling out of love with football.

Getting relegated was crap, bit I'm really enjoying the reboot. -
I would say poor yesterday but not disinterested

Reminded me of Rashford slotting one past Ward last season with most of the goal to aim for

There was a late change to the Arsenal v Leicester match in 2016. Both sets of fans complained and the train companies honoured advance tickets on the revised date. So that may be worth a go. Good luck to you. I'm not a lawyer but I think Sky being able to change dates late when it feels like it is a breach of the regulations on consumer contracts. There is Office of Fair Trading guidance on unfair contract terms. Citizens Advice may be able to help.

I'm eligible to play for Wales because one of my grandparents was born there in 1912, even though he left for good in 1935, and neither I or my parents have ever lived there. The one grandparent rule gives the smaller nations a bigger pool of players to choose from, and it helps players who can't get into the team of bigger countries, but I still think it's a bit naff.

Southampton Away Friday 15th September 20:00

Opening up the extra block suggests the club is happy with general sale for this one, otherwise there will be a lot of unsold tickets. -

The decision to only add on three minutes was incompetent rather than corrupt. These things even themselves out over a season, and at least we don't have VAR ruining every goal celebration. -
If you were going fix something related to football, why would you choose a fairly early round of the Carabao Cup?
-
Anyone know if this sold out in the end? I'm trying to work out if LCFC would rather have unsold tickets for Southampton away than open it up to general sale.

Hamer's corners were excellent against us on Sunday.

I took my eight year old son to his first match away at Blackburn in 2012. He wasn't that interested in football at the time. He found it very loud but he did enjoy the bad language from the ladies sitting behind us. He saw Vardy scored his first league goal for us. The start of something special.

Is there anyone we didn't overpay last season? -
They could have fined us a lot more for uncompetitive practices on the pitch last season.
