Given that all the final games have to be played at the same time, there’s no reason they can’t fix the time at the start of the season.

Not bottlers but - we have some strange tactics like all the chipped crosses to the back post yesterday that we almost never win. And we seem very open at the back when teams break against us. - teams are starting to work us out and we don’t seem to have a plan B when they do - we don’t show enough intensity on the ball until we go behind. It’s all a bit one- paced

Arsenal were amazing that season. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. They really should have won every match.

Hoping for a strong team v Bournemouth. We should be fine playing the 21st team in the table at home five days later.

We should also accept that as fans of a particular club we are massively biased in how we see refereeing decisions.

When a match gets to the ST holder guest stage, you can buy one extra ticket per ST

I would always buy for mates in one transaction, because it guarantees you sit together. If you all buy individually, any random person could buy one of the tickets while you were all trying to buy. The system not allowing you to leave single tickets is also in general better for other people, most of whom don’t want to sit on their own.

I think 28,000 is a great turnout. The other fact to bear in mind is that we will have had three games in eight days.

Here's how I think it works. A mistimed tackle that is careless is a foul with no booking (unless you foul repeatedly) If it's reckless it's a yellow. And if it endangers an opponent's safety it's a red. It's not about whether you win the ball or not. You can still win the ball and endanger an opponent, which is what Thomas did when he caught Dewsbury Hall on the knee, and why he was lucky to stay on the pitch. Fatawu lunged straight at his opponent at speed. He tackled low but he was out of control and on another day I think he could break his opponent's ankle. And that makes it endangering an opponent and a straight red. I appreciate others may see it differently. I do agree it was a stupid tackle, as it was neither creating or defending a good chance, so why take the risk? There is broader question about whether the rules have gone too far, and we should allow tackles like Fatawu's. I hate with a passion all the diving and rolling around with pretend injuries, which is why I don't miss the Prem anywhere near as much as I thought I would. But I agree with the sanctions for tackles that genuinely endanger opponents.

Fitted with Rodgers well. Fine when things were going well but went missing when we needed him most. The fact he's playing for Manchester United shows how far they have fallen.
