I did wonder what was going on. The surfers went up and across, and usually the individual foils are then up. We started, I think we were part of the 0 and then everyone stopped. Nothing seemed to happen for ages, then all of a sudden they all went up. It looked great in the end though. I did keep looking at the SK4 surfer and expecting it and a few people attached to be floating over the pitch! Well done to the lads managing those.

Did the HOHO went we went, which covered many places of interest. A day at the spa is nice, as is an evening river cruise - assuming you're travelling with a partner, not a mates weekend/stag do.

Octopus have just emailed me with a variety of offers, one of which included solar and battery systems, with a 0% finance deal. Which, I recall people discussing finance options aren't really viable, the cost outweighing any saving, it might be of interest if it's 0%.

We're with Octopus, on their EV Intelligent Go tarrif. .24p during the day and 0.07p 23.30 - 05.30. Will be looking to add their .15p export tariff once we get all of our paperwork. Today has been the only day the battery hasn't run the house all day. The boiler stopped working overnight, perfect day for that, and we've been using electric heaters. So, used all the battery charge by 17.30. We did surprisingly generate 1.4kwh from the panels but had to spend £2 on grid electric!!

This morning was the ideal morning for the heating to decide not to work.

Happy Birthday for tomorrow. I live in a bungalow, in a Crescent of bungalows, the demographic of neighbours is largely 'mature'. All of our flyers are for funeral plans, mobility scooters and assisted living aids. Worryingly, I've started glancing at a few of them and I'm only 51!!

Asking possibly a dumb question here but, it's says 'safe standing - it's coming' in the attached document. It's actually just a consultation that's coming, correct? And the proposed options are ones The Foxes Trust/UFS have designed, nothing proposed by the club? Has the club indicated they are genuinely in favour of proceeding with any level of safe standing? Reading the document in full, it seems more that they've agreed to a chat about it not that it's coming. Is that an incorrect interpretation? Not wishing to sound as though I don't think it's progress, just assessing what that is in reality.
