We simply do not throw Youngsters in at the deep end..Chilwell, Hamza and Barnes have all gone out on loan in recent years... We will sign a LB I am sure but it will not be to the level we would like..

EL won’t be taken seriously with our lack of depth in the squad.. Expect 6/7 changes I would say.. A real shame but it’s where we are at unfortunately with our lack of transfer activity.. I hope we make a strong start to the season in the PL... in fact we need to.. we finished the season on a real low.. We need a pick me up from somewhere.. Injuries and suspensions already for the WBA game..

You would have thought with EL football we may have had a bit of power in the transfer market.. A player list would surely have been drawn up after last summers window and then again in Jan for this summers window.. Obviously our league position would affect the players we can attract... to not be able to get any one in whilst we were in a CL place and now that we are in a EL place is worrying.. Chances are, we are without Ricardo, Evans, Fuchs and Maddison for our opening league game.. if we don’t start this season like last..it’s going to be a long long season..EL will take a back seat also, spoiling last seasons efforts..

It’s pretty obvious we are skint and have to wait to sell Chilwell before we sign anyone... Only a poor loan signing in the Jan transfer window also.. Our first friendly Is tomorrow and we go into it with a poorer Squad than we finished the season with. it is going to be one tough season coming up with Thursday /Sunday football most weeks. We won’t be taking the EL seriously like Wolves did. Which spoils the hard work (although in the end disappointing) of last season

MA doesn’t score or assist... We love his work rate and he gives 100% every time he takes to the pitch but he lacks any quality...I think you must rate our existing wingers more than I do.. The two wingers we ought to sign would be better than what we have... competition for places.. Barnes, I like...had some great games last season but some stinkers also..we can put that down to experience...he will get better.. When everyone is fit, We have 7 guaranteed starters... Kasper, Ricardo, Evans, Soyuncu Ndidi Maddison and Vardy... The other positions we need quality additions..

If we have the 4 wingers mentioned still for the season...we are in the shite... And if we are not looking to move a couple on, then we can not see what is obvious.. Gray and MA simply are not good enough..

Perez isn’t a winger.. MA isn’t good enough nowadays..we need more than graft.. Gray is no better than the day we signed him.. Get what we can for him... Harvey we can work with.. We still need two wingers...

Still need CB LB CM 2 wingers and a ST First friendly in a couple of days 🙈

We need a player in that will really give the club a lift... Man Utd got Fernandes In Jan and look at the positive affect that had... We got Bennett, enough said... A winger does this for me... As all our current crop are inconsistent..

Glad we have him tied down for another season (he will be off next summer like Maguire was) we need him to be supporting Vardy and not constantly dropping deep and collecting the ball off the CBS....Pointless.. he is doing nothing back there that Ndidi/Youri can not do

I don’t dislike Hamza... And fair enough that we will keep him.. He keeps us on the edge at times though..

The above players have had plenty opportunities this season to help arrest the slide but have contributed very little. you can not surely think Wes is still good enough ? Albrighton offers work rare but no creativity. Gray, what does he do except the odd cameo ? we need players good enough to start regular or at least challenge the starting 11....

I would expect 8/9’to leave... Mendy, Hamza, Gray, James , Albrighton And Morgan are not good enough.. I doubt Perez also. then we have the dregs of Slimani, Silva Diabate still on our books. europa league will take an awful lot out of a small squad.. Potentially 50/60 games with a decent run. we need 7/8 in and have to be good enough for the first team not just to make up the squad..

That list would cost about £200m and I reckon we would get about a quid for the players you want to sell.. No way am I selling Nacho though

Reminds me so much of the Puel reign... Slow, ponderous, uninspiring... players looking half hearted , no creativity and odd team selection. No plan b. Just as you were... still do not throw a big man up top in the last few mins when chasing a game.. Yet the manager is oblivious to this and repeats his after match comments every game in that we play ‘very very well’. Absolute tosh.. Undoing all their hard work in the first half of the season... Really disappointing to watch at present.

Difficult to know where to start... We don’t work hard enough any more.. it seems an effort for some to get back and defend. Our creativity has gone missing. It doesn’t help that our first thought is to go sideways when in possession. Maddison is a shadow of the player in the early part of the season. Likes to look pretty on the ball but no drive about him any more.. when we go behind, we seem to accept the result.. No urgency in getting the ball forward quickly.. it’s still tippy tappy.. Get some big centre backs in the box like the old days and make the opposition work harder.

Hamza Hamza Hamza Whether one tackle is worth a yellow over the other. I dunno. soon as he goes to ground though it looks reckless and whichever tool of a ref we have .......they will punish him..

Young English.. £25-£30m ? Have loved Kasper during his time here..I just see bits in his game that doesn’t make him top class and he won’t be getting better over the next couple of years.

Nick Pope.... good shot stopper... commands his box well.. will only get better.. Lure of CL football...
