As a 21/22 novice in international football I would have thought it be in a players best interests to watch as much as possible about players playing with and potential opponents further down the line. Strengths /weaknesses, where that player would fit in, tactics etc just an opinion but makes sense to me.

It was his timing more than anything, as if he was trying to prove a point and get himself in the news. Just not wise imo.

Plain daft of Maddison to be putting himself in the spotlight whilst the game was actually going on. Only a week or so ago he was being interviewed and explaining his desire about wanting to play for England and he came across pretty well. It’s all coming to a head now in my opinion Puel obviously does not fancy playing Vardy ( 2nd time been dropped now) so go out and buy a replacement last summer or in the last transfer window rather than neglect the situation. Gray isn’t a striker and never will be despite Puels bizarre comments after the game. Our striking options are terrible.. Shinji and Nacho are a waste of time. Theres no target man to finish off the crosses. Never liked Slimani but he would have had some great opportunities during games to finish off promising moves. The one thing he could do was head a ball. We sign a ball playing CM in Tielemans but then drop the player that would benefit from him I think if we lose our next two games, Claude is gone..

Better end product... Name ya man ? Chilwells end product could actually be complimented if we had some kind of target in the box to aim at... thought of that ? Ricardo.. As great as he is going forward, his defending at times isn’t so great.

Chilwell is as good as you get in the PL this season.. Find his ‘better’ replacement won’t you
