  1. I think thats really fair 👍 I just hate the fact these manager are getting so much heat and the real reason is being glossed over. Less so on this forum I know
  2. Hes not great, but I mean how many more managers are we going to blame when fingers should be pointed elsewhere.
  3. Its exactly this, bad leadership and arguably corrupt given the sponsorship deals, do not let outsiders in unless forced to do so, every decision is made with the sole objective of having full control and no challenge. Just look at the DoF, took them so long to sort it despite all the pressure so they just promoted Rudkin to create a shield and take away some of the DoF power, he will ultimately report into Rudkin who will protect Top from difficult conversations when the DoF is finding it impossible to do his job. The whole thing, even by their pitiful standards of the last few years is quite shocking, they are taking the piss out of us and hoping idiots will see it as progressive change when infact its exactly as you say, self preservation, they had to do something there was too much pressure, yes men get promoted and any new people get shielded from the ownership until we can be sure they wont rock the boat.
  4. Passive fanbase. Passive leadership. Passive club. No one wants to fight for this club bar a very small number of people, well done to those protesting. Abhorrently pathetic from top to bottom and we just sit there clap and accept it and then belittle anyone unhappy by saying its about time you realise what being a leicester fan is about. **** the lot of the KPFC willy pullers. **** every last one of them.
  5. He made some mistakes today letting the game drift when it was desperate for some energy off the bench. But **** me, he must be furious with the lack of effort in such a big game, the players hid. Norwich just out ran us, it was as simple as that, every time we got the ball they were sprinting in numbers. Our lot were walking at most jogging, completely un aware of what was going on. Seen it far too many times from this lot.
  6. How are people still so passive. They are going to bankrupt us and everyone bar a few is just letting happen.
  7. What a terrible performance in such a must win game. Embarrassing stuff
  8. No ones covering themselves in glory here. Its awful. But ****ing hell Skipp is absolutely killing us in the middle
  9. Just echoing other points here. He might not be the long term future and he might be a limited manager...but we are a limited team right now and I think we've needed someone like him to start the change. I dont think ive been this "fully behind" a manager since enzo, even if it is just a short term thing.
  10. All I will say is, regardless of our views on the ownership and the mess they have put us in, we are seeing an instant impact from Rowett (1st half against stoke aside) in terms of organisational discipline, fight and energy We have some very winnable games coming up, minus ipswich away, back him give the team all our support I think we will string together some results.
  11. The 2nd half performance was excellent, I havent looked at the stats but if felt like we got to ball forward quicker, and more directly than we have in a longtime. Some nice controlled possession but it had a purpose, rather than possession for possession sake, overlapping runs down the wing. I got a little bit of spark back yesterday. Winks infuriates me because at times yesterday he was brilliant, great goal, I said to my mate why cant he be like that every week, why does he have to spend months being a dickhead to then play the 2nd half like that? Annoying celebration. Tough game Tuesday, then other than Ipswich away we have to win 4 of the next 6
  12. 1st half just awful. 2nd half Mukasa was excellent. Deserved to win. Luke Thomas is on a 1 man mission to relegated us apparently
  13. Mavididi about the only one offering anything. But Daka....my god, he genuinely looks surprised when the ball comes near him, anticipation 0. Hes absolutely killed what little weve tried to do going forward. But yes this is as bad as it gets, this is a team locked in for relegation
  14. The co commentator is nailing it. No leadership on the pitch, so lazy, no energy, no enthusiasm. Every player has as much interest in playing football as Top has of watching it
  15. Lazy and disinterested. Just like normal. No one is saving this bunch they simply couldnt give a shit.
  16. I'm of the opinion it might work out, but if it doesnt, I wont be having a go at him, none of this is his fault and we certainly need a different approach which he will definitely bring. By championship standards, we have always had the quality, but we have lacked hunger/fight/desire all of which you have to think will be basics he will install. Hes not going to ask them to play out the back, its going to be simple and well structured, which is what we need right now. He also comes across as a guy who wont take any of the players shit. Glad its only 6 months....however if he keeps us up, you can absolutely lock in a 3 year deal in the summer because it's easy, or maybe the new DOF will be fully up to speed by then and actually do the job of a DOF. Im a dreamer.
  17. Im just pleased we are bringing any body in. In normal circumstances this would be uninspiring, given where we are as a club it was only ever going to be someone desperate. Not sure what people were expecting? No manager worth their salt is coming here until the summer, they are waiting to see how the end of the season plays out and even then, people dont want to work for the idiots in charge. Lets see how we go, much like King I wont be jumping on Rowetts back, hes going to try and it wont be his fault if we go down. I think we are too broken to fix personally but if you were expecting a better "name" I think you need a reality check on how bad our situation is.
  18. This is honestly how thick they are. They seem to believe by leaving King in charge we will focus our attention on him, they are obviously hoping we surely have to get behind him and the noise goes away. But in reality, bar a few odd people, we all see it for what it is and I for one will not overly criticise King, throwing a club legend under the bus only means people cant point at the manager any more, theres only one place to point. Theyve inadvertently removed their own shield and will turn even more against them. Like I say, thick as mince these 2 clowns.
  19. Its peak internet isn't it? Sure some of the calls for a change in ownership (potentially) came too early, so these lot defended them, and you could say ok fair enough. Now the situation has become exponentially worse, they are burying their heads in the sand just so they dont have to admit they got it wrong and didnt see this coming. They will be backing King Power even if we go into administration just so they dont have to admit they were wrong.
  20. It won't be the only reason, but Rodgers, Enzo, RVN and Marti (less so cooper because he was a PE teacher who couldnt believe his luck) have all made comments about the working conditions and recruitment constraints. Whilst we cant direct that solely at Rudkin, we can be sure 4 of our last 5 managers have all made passive aggressive comments and in some cases direct comments about the difficulties working here are, and as we all know people talk. Any manager worth their salt is looking at us and saying absolutely not, for a number of reasons, no money, no power, incompetence up stairs, fan base unrest, squad dead on its arse. Why would you want to come here? Just wait for another job thats less toxic unless you are desperate (marti paying his own compensation for instance)
  21. I dont understand how more people arent angry. Its absolutely lost on me how they can literally run this club into bankruptcy through sheer neglect and there are still a large amount of fans who think its ok because we won the league, even though neither of them played any real role in it. Its like being in an abusive relationship for the last 5 years, but saying they used to be nice once so lets just wait and see if it turns around. How much more needs to happen before people wake up? They have shown us all time and again who they are. I even saw some comments on the athletic last week of people saying "about time these young fans knew what being a leicester fan is really like" Such a weird mentality to take. Ive basically walked away from the club now, but its getting so far beyond neglect its making me furious to witness.
  22. I dont think anyone above the manager has any idea whats going on. Its an absolute disaster. Anyone supporting these lot are not leicester fans imo. Watching our club die, clapping along because of a success 10 years ago that these people had nothing to do with.
  23. The saddest thing is, its completely inline with expectations. I said the moment Marti got sacked, they will hope king is the answer, they will give him 3 games and only after that when it inevitably fails will they start to look. And here we are, exactly as expected.
  24. I think all signs were pointing to them hoping Andy King would be the answer. I firmly believe they didnt even start to look properly until we lost at the weekend. They are now shopping in an unrealistic pool of managers with reputations who dont see this as a positive career move, people in football can see we are heading one way, points deduction, no money and likely heading down, I would imagine that Cooper, Maresca, RVN and now cifuentes will be telling anyone privately, its a shit show, I really wouldn't risk it. It really will be down to a candidate who is desperate to rebuild themselves like Marti tried to do.
