  1. Me too, so glad i went to see them in sheffield, they were amazing.
  2. You can never trust england even when it looks like they're cruising.
  3. Pretty sure I had (at one point every record he had released), I slimmed down my collection a few years ago, no idea what his new band's like or even if he's written any new stuff recently. I got into neil young when i saw a video for the re-released the needle and the damge done, it was possibly from the unplugged show circa 92/93:- I was mesmerized. I watched the unplugged show many times, i might still have it on VHS somewhere.
  4. I love neil young too, saw him in nottingham (awesome), I do worry about these types of gigs though, plus its neil young he'll do what he wants when he wants, i wonder how many in the audience will know the songs?. It'll be better than 1975 though lol.
  5. Agreed it used to be great, I just watch it to try and 'discover' new bands, but it has very much become the 'instagram festival', i'll stick to the smaller festivals.
  6. I'd imagine they look the same as they did just with a rail in front.
  7. I think he did huge amounts of work for the grassroots also charitable work as an ambassador to many charities. But i guess it goes further than that and is more to do with the services to the game, bobby robson never made a final with England but did so much for the game.
  8. Agreed but can't see them doing anything about it. It just goes to show how the SGSA must have had for them to install 'safe standing'. I very much doubt they did that because they wanted to do it for the fans.
  9. I think its been recommended for approval, i think the actual decision might be tomorrow, but all signs are pretty positive for it to be granted. But these days it doesn't mean it will definately happen, we know that from our own plans that were approved some time ago. Given our relegation and the financial plight of the owners ours won't be happening anytime soon. It will be ineteresting to see if forest do overtake us as far as capacity goes, and the huge development that is proposed in Birmingham is incredibly exciting for them. We've had our day in the sun, maybe they'll have theres?
  10. No idea who they are, i assume its a youtuber?
  11. Imagine lyon fans taking over ligue 2 towns.
  12. Interesting mock up (not official) of the planned new birmingham city stadium.
  13. Be fair though this is much more important that the relegation and the future of the club.
  14. He seems the sort that wouldn't take any crap from premaddonas not pulling their weight, we have a few of those. Given who we could realistically get I'd be in the yes camp.
  15. Imagine this at Leicester LOL. The owner sitting down with fans talking about a range of issues. Great insight.
  16. Sounds like forest are having issues with their development too:- Nottingham Forest’s City Ground redevelopment plans are back before a council planning committee three years after they were first approved. The proposals to redevelop the existing Peter Taylor stand and build a new apartment block were granted permission by Rushcliffe Borough Council in 2022. The new plans are largely the same – meaning they are likely to be returning to the council because the original planning consent is due to expire next month, with no work having been started by the club after it hit a number of hurdles along the way. Problems have included the need to replace the Nottingham Rowing Club’s Britannia Boathouse facilities, on the south bank of the River Trent and close to the ground. To go ahead with the development, the club will need to demolish the boathouse. Negotiations between Nottingham Forest and former City Ground landowner Nottingham City Council also hit delays. The new planning documents reveal a legal agreement will now be signed with the rowing club for the replacement of its facilities, while the land sale was finalised with the City Council earlier this year. The club has now put the plans back on the table for fresh approval at a Rushcliffe Borough Council meeting on Thursday, June 26. https://nottstv.com/nottingham-forest-city-ground-redevelopment-plans-back-before-planning-committee/
  17. Yuk looks like an entrance to a prison.
  18. I guess its people who rarely go, it's their chance to see leicester. Or fans who are obsessed about never missing a match.
  19. Agreed US open is so good, not sure anywhere else could beat it.
  20. Thanks to the owner for keeping us all updated on this important matter we all appreciate being kept in the loop.
  21. It's heaven for my fellow american friends, they can't wait.
