  1. Sounds a bit like Iheanacho at Man City
  2. He was arguably our best player last season. He's a much better player than Skipp at least, who we shelled out 2/3 of his transfer fee for.
  3. People talk like Alves's ACL has ruined him. When was the last time we produced a player who could control the ball like this
  4. Rutter is doing alright at Brighton who are 8th. I feel it's harsh to say Dewsbury Hall is not a top half PL player, a team like Brighton is probably around his level.
  5. Yes he did miss loads of sitters last year but he also scored 7 and assisted 5 in 1000 minutes. He's nowhere near as bad as he is made out to be on here.
  6. Yes he did but I am not bothered about golden boots personally. Lineker showed can can step up against good opposition like 1986 Argentina and 1990 Germany whilst Kane hasnt done that for England yet, even if those teams did knock England out.
  7. He was really bad at the last Euros, top scorer or not, most people who watched would agree. He was decent at the 2018 world cup but he was poor against the good teams we faced like Croatia and Belgium. Compare him to someone like Lineker who scored against Argentina in the quarter final in 1986 who went onto win it and West Germany in the semi final in 1990 who also won it, Kane doesnt really perform against the best teams.
  8. When England are playing I have no faith in Harry Kane in big tournament matches despite him being England's all time top scorer. That's why I will never rate Kane as highly as most, he doesnt inspire confidence that he's going to get you over the line. I think there's a ridiculous stat that he has 0 shots on target in ths 6 finals he has played. Vardy has less goals than Kane but what he has achieved is far greater and it feels like he has a bigger impact on the success of the team. I'm certain that if you gave Vardy the opportunities Kane has had (10 years at Spurs and England's Nr 1) he would have won trophies.
  9. He will get plenty of gametime for us this season with Vardy being old and Edouard being Edouard.
  10. We haven't lost against any of Crystal Palace, Everton, Southampton or Ipswich which is the most important thing. We need to do the same in the second half of the season as well though.
  11. Could we go for Van Nistelrooy once United get Amorim?
  12. He reminds me of the time I ate food that was a month out of date because it looked ok. This lad is pure diahorrea.
  13. It's actually worse than that. Soumare and Thomas were relatively decent. We now have even worse players in Bobby Reid and Edouard that make you question whether Thomas and Soumare were ever that bad in the first place.
  14. Andy King at least scored good goals. Skipp is a defensive workhorse type without the defensive ability.
  15. Could have gone to Brighton tbf which would have suited him more.
  16. Spurs wtf are you doing
  17. It's up to him whether it's a waste or not. As long as he's passionate and enjoys this sort of analysis then it's not a waste. You could make the argument that anything football related is a waste, it just depends on your perspective.
  18. Losses for wolves, southamtpon, Ipswich and crystal palace this weekend would help to forget about yesterday
  19. We play shit most games? If we played this Forrest team instead of Bournemouth and Southampton we would be bottom.
  20. Where's monga, golding and Alves?
  21. I hate that he's put out our best team because if we lose we cant blame it on team selection. Also if we lose we might not see this team again.
  22. Eagle celebration for Crystal Palace, wolf howlf for Wolves, taking a massive dump for Forest. Checks out for me.
  23. Your sister is dating Buonanotte?
  24. Honestly even if he continues this form for us this season we are not in a position to outlay £40mil+ on any player no matter how good they are. Even if Brighton is content to sell and he's happy to join permanently it's too risky for a club in our position.
