Just because one didn’t personally know someone who was fit and healthy and really struggled with Covid it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I find it staggering that people can be so flippant about it. My boss who is not old and pretty fit was very close to a ventilator with it.

Playing Hamza and Soumare against a league 2 side was embarrassing. Oh and having Ricardo not attacking for most of the game was again a joke tactic. Really showed Cooper’s inabilities last night as well as his reluctance to try something new/attacking.

Get up early. Gives you time to get shit done whether it’s a run, walk, work out, yoga/stretching all before your day really starts. Much better than trying to cram stuff like that in after work. Also best supplement I’ve found is creatine.
