Surely this can be overturned based on the pretty obvious fact that the referee didn't have a ****ing clue what he was doing?!?

I did too! Seemed to have some sound issues on the ITV SATELLITE LINK so some gags didn't land. He was a great host. Loved the Bridesmaid reunion though Pretty much agreed with most of the awards; Amy Madigan was insanely good as Gladys and her win was so wholesome, though I was a bit gutted for Wunmi Mosaku losing out; she was incredible. While I loved OBAA I did think Sinners deserved some more of the 'top' awards. Coogler especially - he's had an incredible career so far and what he achieved with Sinners on screen and off is such a positive move for the industry. His deal with WB to make it is genuinely pioneering in an unstable era for the industry. Anyone who loves movies or is a creative and part of the industry should be watching his career flourish very carefully.

Premier League 2025/26 Thread

If we go down I'll try and watch the World Cup but after that I think I'm done with the sport for a while. In its current form it is too broken and revolting to enjoy. -
Premier League 2025/26 Thread

£23m of illegal payments for players that helped Chelsea win 2 Premier League titles, 2 FA Cups, a League Cup, a Europa League and a Champions League over that 7 year period. £23m of illegal spending that lead to them "earning" £250m+ in prize money. No investigation until Chelsea's new owners bothered to tell them about it. Eventually get given a player registration ban from English clubs for 9 months, a 1 year first team transfer ban SUSPENDED for 2 years, and a paltry £10m fine. For seven years worth of rule breaking. Which lead to them winning every domestic and European trophy at least once and profiting 10 times what they had illegally spent. This sport is broken. The Premier League is corrupt. -
