  1. This is Southampton's to lose.
  2. And Hull finished 10 points behind them.
  3. Book these refs for time wasting. Ridiculous how long this takes.
  4. I've no idea why these decisions take so long. It was clear Raya was being impeded, it should not take that long. The bigger issue is the many other instances of holding within the area. If the ball had been nowhere near Raya and Rice's holding had stopped his opponent, would that have been referred? Or do we just let everyone get on with it and make it a free for all?
  5. It did but also it might prove to those treading water how tough it is to get back. Many of these clubs are likely to drop at some point and are making it harder for themselves to return.
  6. Raya is top class. Amusing remembering the outcry when he replaced Ramsdale.
  7. The EFL breathe a huge sigh of relief.
  8. There are, you can see the amount of holding going on. But that is a foul.
  9. Playing teams in 18th, 19th and 14th with a two point lead. Would be up there with the worst ever should it occur.
  10. Rochdale equalise in the 97th minute.
  11. For all the talk about the size of Celtic and Rangers, this title race has garnered the most interest in Scottish football in England (and beyond) because of the other name involved. You do wonder, if Hearts don't prevail, what happens in the future. The one saving brave is that a decent man in Martin O'Neill will take it. You could imagine Rodgers in particular being even more nauseating about the "adversity" or "challenges" he faced. At least he is now away from the attention.
  12. Don't like the tune but it isn't helped by being associated with two of the most self indulgent, narcissistic, media darling clubs in the world.
  13. You'll Never Walk Alone is absolute dirge.
  14. I don't see what is in it for the opposition team. Would have made far more sense to cobble together some sort of Leicester icons team from the past 35 years or so.
  15. Bet he is more effective than most who actually exist in councils going forward.
  16. Not having Maharaj and Wright was always going to be pivotal.
  17. It goes through the club. Announce we have an anniversary match- key players are missing but people will still turn up in droves just because. Don't need general sale because enough will always attend. Give every manager a three year contract because surely one will be worth it? Chuck a load of money at the players and enough might prove good enough to get us by. Then the fans question its value. People aren't queuing up. Managers aren't good enough. The players can't be bothered/ aren't up to it. Then it starts to dawn on them.
  18. No atmosphere with a team chasing a league title.
  19. I can. It is a club used to winging it and hoping for the best. People are just seeing through it now.
  20. They will be fined. Everyone will move on soon.
  21. Clyde v Hamilton in the League Two play-offs (should both hold their first leg leads) with see the tenants play their home leg at the other's original stadium.
  22. Vardy from Ranieri leaving to Christmas 2019 was unbelievably good. His record with shots to goals was absurd. I think he scored 20 from 60 shots one year. He wasn't a silky player but had a lovely technique. Some of his assists were excellent, had great vision.
  23. Everything, really, has been done with it. Said, videoed, clipped. This match is a nice idea but not particularly interesting. I'd be saying this if we were in a decent state on and off the pitch, too.
