There really is no excuse. Several players who worked with him are still involved with the club. This is probably where not having people support the club working for them hinders us.

Received 6 presents today to match all of our home league wins this calendar year

Huge part of a very successful era. RIP John.

Mahrez is a Premier League great given nowhere near the acclaim he deserves.

Yes, this club should always aspire to be in the top division. However, on a practical level, it would require significant change. I would suggest we'd need probably 9 new first team players at least and bulking the squad up. The chances of hiring better personnel in the higher up departments increases (that is if we are seriously looking, which I doubt) but still way too many issues to resolve. I think we are done as any sort of reasonable force under this regime.

We were charged a relative fortune for the Man United cup game and took well under half of what would normally would.

Easy to defend them when you have never had to pay these prices before and are very unlikely to. Slapping their fans with the same prices misses the point. Let ten stand alone.

Is Bethell worth the hype?

We had a long break from playing Sheffield United and Ipswich. Think it is probably Watford then Southampton? -

Watford must be our most played opponent at this ground? -
Probably an overblown story but when you, naively or arrogantly, give the impression results aren't the most important thing you leave yourself open to it.

Applause should have meaning at this stage. It isn't school assembly where all the kids have tried their best, it is highly paid professional sport. You shouldn't applaud the bare minimum, let alone whatever underground level this was. The standards at this club are through the floor. These players are so fortunate to play for such a passive, emotionless club. They would be getting serious grief elsewhere.

Hearts doing so well have totally overshadowed Motherwell's season. Barely mentioned that they are third.

You can get a Tin Pot chucked in for free with this purchase.

Aberdeen equalise with ten men

I'm not against non-players being involved but this pair on TNT have been woeful.

You only really hark for the past when the present is no better or worse. The whole club has declined in standard. The continuity is a huge problem.

Hearts back to running away with the league.

Why are they not going for higher profile or decent managers? You shouldn't keep somebody ill suited just because it could get worse (somehow) but he is here for a reason. Cost? Philosophy? Availability? What is going to change in the process for the next appointment?

They made a fuss after losing in 1933 and we refuse to pick our match winning bowler again. We are too interested in appearing to play "the right way". No surprise the players who are popular or at least respected over there are Botham, Broad etc who had an edge and little respect.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

Imagine what it is like to play alongside him. You want to try to pass and move only for this bloke to receive the ball and go on an ambling run, slowing everything down before he either loses it or occasionally wins a free-kick miles away from a threatening position. -
I wish they would stop projecting this shit onto other fans. If they are happy with mid table second division football then fine. Plenty are not and do not need to be lectured on how to "get behind the team" (which generally consists of contributing no noise, applauding the lads off after a drab defeat and going on social media to defend the owner and put the club down).

He's been on two underwhelming loan spells, heavily involved in the dross in the last four years and missed the one decent season we had in that time. The lack of footballing nous at the club is incredible.
