  1. Might want to think twice about Egypt lol...especially if you have a mrs. Read this thread on reddit about where people dont want to go back and there are so many Egypt stories https://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/om38bx/what_is_one_country_that_you_will_never_visit/ The men sound like right slimey bastards over there.
  2. Personally I think we should be going all out on Europa even if that's at the expense of our league position. Best team should be playing every Europa game with them using a mixed second/first team on the same week prem games.
  3. You book with companies like Ryan air, easy jet, klm and you roll the dice. What you save in money you risk with awful customer service.
  4. Exactly. Live with the cases if we have to as long as tons and tons of people aren't dying. Those who will be most badly affected have all been given enough time to get their vaccines. If a 25 year old wants to risk going to a club with no vaccine then let them. Surely our economy can't handle another lockdown? Government debt around the world is already at eye watering amounts. I don't quite like the idea of thinking I might not be retiring until 75.
  5. Imagine needing permission to go on your own xbox. Why are there so many men out there like this lol.
  6. I used Myhomemove conveyancer and the person I had was really good and the website gave you good little portal to see where things are at and what was required. It's always better to get a solicitor but i rolled the dice on this one and worked out fine lol.
  7. Since 2007 and been lurking since. Rarely post in most threads but I do like a good lurk
  8. Most online forums have a shit layout on mobile. This is one of the few forums that works well on mobile.
  9. I understand the point your trying to make but it sounds very Chinese government lol.
  10. As someone who works in commercial property my advice for those looking for a property. The industrial market is absolutely booming right now so there is so little stock. If you're looking for anything below 3000 sq ft then realise about 80% of everyone else looking for industrial units is looking for the same size. Means you have tons of people all making offers on unit. My advice is if you find a unit you want offer 6 months deposit or show evidence (at least 2-3 years) of GOOD accounts. You can't expect a landlord to be jumping at the chance to let out his industrial unit to a one man band with no accounts. If you're dealing with Cars/Motortrade then most landlords wont even look at you (bring too many cars to a site, oil spills etc) so if you're desperate...be willing to offer 9 month deposit. I can tell you that if you're just a little garage then its goign to be very hard. If you're going to take on a place....get a solicitor to go through the lease. It's worth the money and so many tenants in small shops never do it then moan when they find out they're responsible for the roof etc. Office market and High Street retail is shit...you can probably negotiate decent deals at the moment. Shops outside of city centres e.g. Birstall, Narborough road etc are still in good demand though. I work for Andrew and Ashwell and we're the oldest most established commercial property company in the city. If anyone is looking for any places let me know. If there are any commercial property owners looking to sell/rent their units out do get in touch. We also manage properties and do professional work e.g. negotiate lease renewals etc.
  11. James looked like one of the best players for Wales. Kinda reminded me of Barnes the way he runs direct. I think he's definitely worth a punt.
  12. Just booked 3 nights in Wales, some random Airbnb off Colwyn Bay. Looked for one of the cheapest ones I could find. Think i've found myself a bit of a bargain. Looks like he's got it cheap because it's his first year hosting and he hasn't had reviews yet. Also might mean i'll wake up to him sniffing my girlfriend's hair. £160 for 3 nights at the end of July. I'll take that I think. View from the window looks nice though!
  13. Save as much money as possible lol.
  14. Southgate and his style of playing reminds me of how Leicester used to play with Puel.
  15. I'm holding out a bit longer on Crypto. Feel there is going to be another big crash as hedgefunds begin to sell up to deal with their GME/AMC shorts. Would love to see Bitcoin get below £22k feels hard though. Currently holding AMC GME CLNE VSL RKT VISL Did some decent trades a month or so back. Got in on CLOV at 11 and sold at 24. Got in on Blackberry around 8/9 and sold at 15. GME sold 3 shares at 240 from a 160 avg. Although I bought one GME the other day (only holding 1.6 shares of it now) as I do think this bastard has a chance to pop. When though...who knows. It's hard to wrap your head around the amount of money the hedgefunds have to keep kicking the can. Also got in and out of wish in 2 days made about 60 quid lol. My biggest play at the moment is CLNE. Got in at 9ish and it's found a nice floor around 10ish at the moment. Feel like this is going to pop before the end of the year. Renewable natural gas for vehicles. Quite confident this can get to at least 30ish range. Current watchlist ASTS XERS CRSR SPRT CLOV I think if you're a bit of a gambler then Clov is a decent shout. Still heavily shorted etc and it has a Clinton on it's board so you know they're going to get nice deals from the government. Monitoring that the most and may jump back in again if it drops any further. It has all ingredients to pop above 30 in my opinion.
  16. My expectations for this game are VERY low. I'm going to go into this game assuming we'll lose. Anything other then that is going to be a bonus. I can live with shit football if we get far but we'll see. This tournament and the brackets we're in are very favourable to England relatively anyway if we beat Germany.
  17. Surely he still plays for Man City though. He was playing relatively regularly for them last season and bagged quite a few important goals for them.
  18. Good luck to your son Col. Hopefully he has a rich and successful career.
  19. Makes you wonder how difficult it would be to just make it online. Look at the stadium map and select the available seats you want to move to. Surely it cant be that difficult?!
  20. Christoph

    Maddison

I mean Arsenal have a history of buying players with poor injury records you never no.
  21. Christoph

    Maddison

I'd only sell him if his hip injury is going to have an issue long term. I assume the club and their medical staff would surely have a decent idea of how bad it is and how much it might affect his career. If he can get to full fitness it would be crazy to sell him.
  22. @StanSP Edit your first post and get this image on the 1st page so those who click this thread can see this straight away. Took me some digging to find this.
  23. Cant wait for this. I'm basically getting Dark Souls on horses vibe. Very excited for this but i'm interested to see how the combat is going to be. I'm assuming it's going to be in line with Dark/Demon souls. It would be cool if they had the Sekiro style parrying in combat for this game although I suppose it changes the whole game when you have that but man Sekiro was probably my favourite souls games out of them all. The combat was so satisfying.
  24. This thread's page count is far too small to be compared to the saga that is the Nicky Maynard attempted transfer.
  25. That probably explains it. I remember them as a kid being quite sweet and tangy like it had tomato sauce flavour to it almost. The new ones tasted like shit hot dogs mushed into a spiral shape.
