  1. That wasn't the point I was making.
  2. 2-4. The football purists must be hating this.
  3. Well, this is going well. Maybe they need to back themselves first.
  4. So midweek I mused saying the players needing spoon-feeding, they apparently weren't happy Cooper wasn't being clear thus my reasoning of spoon-feeding. I got pulled up on it and rightly so, I get a manager needs to outline a clear plan, I was being facetious, but today outlines ultimately what I meant, they're professional ****ing footballers, they should do the simple basics without having to be told, they're not.
  5. Fantastic goal for Brackley against Stockport. Simply exquisite, you must see it!!
  6. Oh....so now we question the players, realise and accept they're not good enough. Wonder how that happened.
  7. Will it? Away from home, maybe. At home
  8. Are they trying to get the caretaker manager sacked now?! Meh, atleast those perma wishing, praying and hoping for the hammering every week are happy, finally.

  10. I agree, but I remember seeing post like this in the summer, just before the season started. That we can't blame Cooper, we'd need to turn on the board. Now, Cooper, rightly needed to go, but the knives were twisted rather quickly and there was little heat on the board bypassing them and straight blame on Cooper. For there then to be reports that the board weren't convinced on the appointment is even more astounding.
  11. Seeing Man City fans crying about passing back to the keeper. It’s the monster they’ve had a lot in creating.
  12. A lot made of us being an entitled fanbase. Apparently Man City fans were booing last night.
  13. This is ****ing glorious from Man City. ****ing glorious.
  14. Feared the worst when I seen this thread. RIP.
  15. Quite the opposite imo. The rumours they were annoyed because they weren’t told what to do - because god forbid asking someone to think for themselves. They’re professional ****ing footballers. Comes across as being needed to be spoon fed to me. Also, and I appreciate these are different players on a whole but arguably are best times to watch us and most connected as a football club we’ve been came under a manager who came across as disciplined and that they’d run through walls for - which bred a siege mentality on and off the field.
  16. A positive of Potter being appointed would mean Rudkin has been removed or replaced, you'd think. Other than that....
  17. Time for another review of failings?
  18. Sigh, it's gonna be Potter.
  19. Thanks **** for that, all the pissing and moaning can stop! Can we already start a new thread calling for the new appointment to be sacked?
  20. Sounds the same ultimately, both shit.
  21. Oooosh, Southampton's style of play and plan. I'm jealous.
  22. Humbling Man City is a wonderful thing to see. Especially Ange's style v Peps.
  23. Course there plenty of other teams play that way and not relegated because more play that way than not and only 3 can be relegated. Fair point about the names you've mentioned, but the fact people on here turn their nose up at Nuno at Wolves and Dyche speaks volumes of exactly how that'd go down here and I got the sense the poster I quoted was alluding to the former style we've discussed therefore making the examples I have. Equally I completely agree with the rest of your post, it's not good enough, but people talk about possession or playing out from the back as some sure fire way of success when it's not, quite the opposite in some cases (We should know more than most) and while some make the claims it's 'pretty', it's bloody ugly to me - as is what we are currently seeing.
  24. Hell for those who "don't want a basketball game".
  25. Sorry, worked great for us too, when we got relegated.... And Burnley last season!
