Yeh agree with all that and in addition we had a 20-goal a season vardy up top who just thoroughly enjoyed every minute of his Championship farewell tour. We'd do well to get 10 out of either of our strikers.

Interesting how high the commentator was on us last night after the game. Made a point a few times saying he thought both sides would go on to have very good seasons. Not quite what he saw in us?

I genuinely think you can! Almost all seemingly positive/good decisions have come out in the wash as being pure luck.

Despite the apathy, quite surprised we've not sold this out. Still a fair amount left of one block.

Bog standard for literally anything you sign up for these days. I've signed up for some absolute rubbish over the years, I still get personalized birthday emails from some random half rate razor company. I've had a season ticket for 33 years with this lot and they don't even address me by my first name. As you say, it's low on the priority list but painfully easy to do.

They really really don't. I think one of the most impressive things has been the production of the shows in general. Sound and visuals have been brilliant so far. Even stuff down to Noel switching guitars mid song for solos etc. They've really put the effort in and it shows.

We're off to Cape Town for 10 days in November. Any particular highlights you'd recommend? Not booked anything yet other than flights/accom (staying in SeaPoint) but want to start getting a few things sorted.

Agreed, slight shame its been moved to a 12:30 especially as Charlton is a bit of a mission once you're in London. Should be a good day out though.

Yeh definitely a huge hit of nostalgia. I cried when they played Hello . The beers played their part though I think.

Agreed, was slightly underwhelmed by the supports when they were announced as thought it'd be nice to give some up and comers a massive boost. But Ashcroft was so good in Cardiff and felt the perfect warm up. Didn't catch Cast.

The whole process has been a joke hasn't it, it has left a bit of a sour taste I must say, although will be forgotten when they come out. My brother in law luckily got one for me long after I'd given up and for face value.
