Can't argue with that. Some of the gurning during the anthem is top notch.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

The issuing of legal proceedings against the PL/EFL at least shows the club has some fight left in it. Our fan base is so passive. I thought this might lite a fire under us but no sign of that, so far. -

Man after my own heart. I'm always banging on about the title win as well. -

Luckily I didn't share a Leicester Mercury article. That would've been worse. -

So Simon Jordan thinks the regulations are a blunt instrument that need to be changed but says that LCFC should be hit with it ... and he's already decided we are guilty. -

It might be an excellent article but it's unreadable on my phone. 90% advertisements. Perhaps copy n paste? -
Hope that someone asked him at the Foxes Trust event last night

If you've been around the club for over 30 years then you'll remember the 2002 administration. That was much worse, I think. We came within hours of the club folding. Win the next 3 and we'll all be getting our mojo back -

We have been very quick to point fingers at our club based only on rumours and speculation. Just the opposite of how the Everton fans reacted. It's the Leicester way. Perhaps the accusers have overreached and misinterpreted their own regulations. We don't yet know but I suspect that we have a better legal team than them. -
How do we know they are all fit? Our internationals haven't returned yet. Do we know if Ricky has recovered?
-
All a bit premature. We haven't seen the accounts yet. Just rumour and speculation at this point. The club could be accused of over ambition but isn't that what we wanted? Most wanted the club to push on to have another crack at the UCL. Many of these failed transfers were seen as somewhere between brilliant/decent/speculative at the time. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. To be optimistic for a moment, we might see the EPL/EFL rule interpretation unravelling once de Marco gets stuck in. The club clearly see merit fighting this by the issuing of legal action against the accusers and the call to have proceedings conducted in public. Still too early to apportion blame at this stage, I reckon.
-
Not sure why we are looking to blame when the club haven't been found guilty of anything.

Just been scrolling through OTIB, given they are our next opponents, and found an interesting thread about our situation. Seems to be a switched on poster over there (Mr Popodopolous) . https://www.otib.co.uk/topic/224809-leicester-city-points-deduction/page/3/#comments -
At least it's still on a Saturday. I've given up going to rearranged midweek matches. Sick of it. I would just listen to BBC RL commentary but I'm outside of the coverage and they block live t'internet commentary due contractual issues. Don't blame me, my Sky subscription has well and truly been ditched. Not a penny more from me

85 home tickets? That's surprising. Always looks half empty on the telly. We are massive.

Just reading a book about 'Stirling's Men'. No mention of this name (or Ken Smith).
-
Wonder if our Nige wil be in attendance working for Sky for this one. Foot in both camps (mostly in ours).

FA Cup: Chelsea (A) 4-2 Post-Match Thread

I'm consoling myself with the thought that I now won't have to shell out the best part of £200 to watch us get thrashed by ManC at Wembley. -
If you have a Bristol postcode then surely you can buy tickets in a quiet part of one of the home stands? Can't imagine they will get close to selling out especially given the current fan disengagement and early kick-off. Just don't give it the big 'un (unless we score a stoppage time winner by which time most of the home crowd will have left anyway!). I suspect that home tickets will be cheaper than the £35 that I've paid.

Is Matty likely to be back for this one?
-
Is it Danny Murphy on co-comms today? If so, expect plenty of suggestions that one or two of our players deserve to be playing at a bigger club if they show up today. Most likely KDH if he plays whether decent or not. Might have to watch with the sound off.

Sounds alright but not as good as The Counting House and Morrisons.

Perhaps this is the bubble bursting, at last -
Wasn't it recorded as an own goal?
