  1. They will also have their minds on new contracts elsewhere, so less than 100% commitment won't be a surprise.
  2. That Spartak match did wonders for his average😂
  3. My feelings also. Over a week in now and no suggestion that anything will change. They've failed in every aspect, and judging by the tone of recent social media posts the new policy will be promoting youth. Why they think they will be any better at this than they are scouting player and negotiating contracts is beyond me. Desperate stuff.
  4. We are in different times now. The club is operating completely inefficiently under restrictive financial rules. The only saving grace is the parachute payments, but how efficiently will we invest that money, and will we get back to any sort of security before the payments run out? Time will tell.
  5. With signing fee and wages he was just over £500,000 per game, scandalous.
  6. I've not renewed for various reasons, but I'll always find something to do, too many hobbies. With the recent Sky EFL deal pretty much every other game will be broadcast, so I won't miss much. I might consider coming back to the fold after a break, if something is ever done about the state of the club.
  7. I'm not sure as to the ownership of the training ground, but KP already own the Stadium as far as I'm aware.
  8. Well I'd done my best to stick with the belief that somehow Top would wake up and action change, but it's all too late now. This club is nothing more than a gravy train for the directors and the 'in' agents. I wanted to know what the alternative to KP was before making a judgement on whether they should sell up, but at this points pretty much any option is preferable. Time is up KP.
  9. This lot are so incompetent, they'd think they could do that every season.
  10. To be honest I felt more sadness seeing NP yesterday than I did Vardy leaving. It's the end of an era but Nigel and his team built it. How I'd love to go back to those days and see it all again.
  11. Justin is utter crap. Nothing to do with his injuries, he's just garbage
  12. I got into a bit of an situation with a KP radical yesterday concerning the UFS banner. I couldn't really make much sense of his argument, lots of v signs and shouting. He was one of those that sits in silence for the entire game. I'll be glad to be out of this next season.
  13. But but but, I couldn't see the players coming out🥲😂
  14. This will be my last game with a ST for a while, and only going to meet friends and see Vardy for one last time. I'm also going to use the time to develop my lack of golf skills😃 You can't beat those beautiful early mornings, hunting around for your ball in a ditch😫
  15. I was director of football at a club that sold £500m worth of players, spent the cash on replacements and ended up getting relegated twice with a squad valued at £50m. OK I'm lying it wasn't me😃
  16. Guaranteed loss for both teams.
  17. Can I have two? Oliver Skipp & Oliver Skipp
  18. 2 more goals 2 more goals Jamie Vardy!
  19. I appreciate that you and others are spending their time trying to do what is best for the club but, this is a different game now, they don't care, they will pretend they do, it's all a smokescreen. The only way to have made a difference was to have advised supporters to not renew STs until there was evidence that changes will happen to stop this club sliding into the abyss under the current directors. The renewals have happened, we're now going into a gun battle armed with a butter knife.
  20. So embarrassing to who?
  21. Well you did say it was "embarrassing", rather than you were embarrassed, therefore speaking for a group. Why is that good for you but not legitimate for whoever organised the plane banner? I'm sure Top etc are just about intelligent enough to work out that for every fan that contributed to the banner there are 10 others who are prepared to stand and applaud garbage.
  22. Laying the first brick tomorrow would be a better idea than starting next season with John Rudkin as director of football.
  23. What did we expect of a player that Brighton didn't want to use this season. It might have been a good idea in the Championship but not the Premier. Again proof that Brighton are a much better run club than us.
