  1. Please Babylon, don't encourage them for gods sake.
  2. On reading the topic post, you don't know whether to laugh or cry. Don't they understand that good business sense is about buying low and selling high not the other way around.
  3. If they haven't started it after a 3 year delay, then after another 2 years they are still unlikely to announce a start date.
  4. Reading through all our thread topics, the one title that sends shivers down my spine the most is not any points deduction, finances, the manager, lack of signings but this name.
  5. When you dissect all the financial problems, the clubs lack of relative feel good factor and the threat of another relegation through a massive points deduction, I suppose the Top family are not that bothered about any ground extension/development. I feel that we missed the tide and are now firmly stuck on a sand bank floundering with this one. Such a fantastic missed opportunity.
  6. When you turn up at Bodgers and Bangers car dealership, you can only drive away with what's available.
  7. Shame our management team didn't evaluate his previous inconsistency when he became available on the transfer market. Mind you, did they not have a buy back clause as part of their transfer agreement?
  8. The writing was on the wall when he was at Man city. They knew what he was like, thats why we ended up with him.
  9. Who the heck are they going to get to manage this rabble.God knows, probably Ethan Hunt?
  10. I heard Bert Schmitt, part of our kit cleaning team is off to Munich for his holidays, does that count?
  11. I think he would fit into the under 16 team. He wouldn't look out of place physically wise.
  12. After that, 2 days in Huttoft seems like a good going away present.
  13. But they should do. They are professional football players representing our football club. The manager is not doing his job letting them play emotional beachball surely?
  14. Well, at least Ipswich won. They could so easily have gone up as champions.
  15. Not fair on other clubs trying to avoid getting relegated with all this imotional football.
  16. I am astounded at the increase in crowd numbers, especially when a losing outcome to a result is only expected. It can't be good for the league in the long term.
  17. I too believe that now would be a good time to proceed with the ground expansion. This could be used to help with our mitigating circumstances with any points deduction. This will prove at least that we are trying to improve our business plan with increased ticket sales and to reduce our P&S losses.
  18. Problem is, what is the point in just trying to avoid relegation every season, it must be soul destroying.
  19. When you read through some of the posts on this thread, there seems to be a few "if" statements.😉
  20. I heard on the grapevine there was no lock in, it just took a bit longer to complete the draw for the 1st round of the new Seagrave Snooker Championship. The delay was caused by Wout Faes trying to wash his hair.
  21. He may look like a clone but if you look closely around the edges, you can see he has actually been made on a photo copier.
  22. Did he ask you how to get out?
  23. If we hadn't cocked up at Millwall a win on Friday would have put us 6 points clear until at least Saturday.

Do you not think that some of these won't go without a fight on the wages they are on
  25. What we need then is a deciding three way Fire Extinguisher challenge. I am sure we would win that with our past experiences.
