Well I went to watch The Last Jedi with huge expectation and left completely deflated. Went last night with low expectations but left with a bigger smile than when I woke up on Christmas '84 to a Commodore 64. There's a clear lesson for the youth of today; if you're looking for a hero, Harry Maguire > Luke Skywalker!

He's a great example that there's lots of different leadership styles. Think of people who have inspired you to be the best you can be at work. Yes there will be those that can motivate through a rousing speech, but there'll be others who are technically brilliant in their field or can paint such an amazing vision of the future you just have to be a part of it. Personally I couldn't care less that his post match interviews are dull (I just turn the volume up and ponder why his English isn't better!). What matters is the players seem to have bought into his approach and are playing for him. Whether he's done this by shouting or whispering is none of my concern!
