Charnwood Norris Posted 15 June 2015 Posted 15 June 2015 Alan Dzagoev? He doesn't seem to get the look on he deserves, at both club and country level. He's increadible. Won't drop champions league football to play here.
conLAD logan Posted 16 June 2015 Posted 16 June 2015 Cabaye. Would be a dream if he was our ''marquee" signing that pearson didn't rule out. Would replace Cammy.

Bluearmyfox28 Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Just watching Argentina play & Lucas Biglia in the middle of the park looks like he would be a good replacement for Cambiasso if he leaves. Currently plays for Lazio.
Charnwood Norris Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Franco Vázquez? - Palermo attacking midfielder, decent goal rate, recently capped for Italy. Has a wicked left foot and good dribbler.
MC Prussian Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Just watching Argentina play & Lucas Biglia in the middle of the park looks like he would be a good replacement for Cambiasso if he leaves. Currently plays for Lazio. Contracted at Lazio until 2018 and highly rated, with Real Madrid showing interest in signing him. We'd also have to waste half or more than half of our transfer budget in order to secure his services. Not happening.
justfoxes Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Now that falcao has signed Remy is feeling a bit unsure of his Chelsea future! A couple of clubs are keen on him I think he would be a real quality signing but what's your thoughts on him coming to us ?
Guest Col city fan Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Was great for Newcastle. Done OK at Chelsea too, (when JM's given him a chance) ! Yes, would be delighted to see Remy come here...Would be Austin like expensive though, and to be truthful I'd rather we signed Charlie ! I think if we signed Remy we'd soon see what a quality striker he is. Somewhat parenially under-rated IMO. I think he'd be a class act at a club where he was playing as a first choice striker.

I think he'd be a class act at a club where he was playing as a first choice striker. We'd never get him though would we? Despite being able to offer a nailed on starting place. I'd cream myself if we got him on a season long loan, but I think me underwear is safe.

I heard that Arsenal turned him down due to his ridiculous wage demands. Doesn't strike me as a Pearson signing.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Robert Huth James Chester Chris Gunter/ DeAndre Yedlin. Esteban Cambiasso N'Golo Kante Bakary Sako Shinji Obazaki Plus the signing of Fuchs & Chris Gunter or DeAndre Yedlin (Spurs suppose to be signing Trippier) if we decide to get rid of Simpson. Only as back up too De Laet though. Would be really happy with this.
MC Prussian Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Posted this in the 2015/2016 PL thread already, but still: Micah Richards close to signing for Aston Villa. Has undergone his medical and rumoured to get on board on a four-year deal. Sherwood intends on playing him as a centre-back again, mind.

Wouldn't be bad alongside Vlaar of he stays though. Still would personally use him as a right back though.

Althought I'm biased on account of me hating Villa. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/33174896

His wages are ridiculous though so it won't happen anyway unless he takes a big pay cut, which he won't.
Ozwin Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Wonder if we've got our eye on Patrick Roberts. Star for the future and has one year left at Fulham and isn't interested in sticking around. Read United were sniffing around, think a club like us should be too!

Bluearmyfox28 Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Gunter? You serious?! DeAndre Yedlin would be my preferred option. But seen Gunter play when he plays for Wales & he's always looked solid. Good enough for back up anyway.
