jock2612 Posted 19 June 2015 Posted 19 June 2015 We need to see some movement sooner rather than later. The owners want to see us push on for a 10th place finish and we still haven't even got our two most influential players of the run that took us to safety! Let alone adding to the quality we have.At this moment we have a squad that will struggle and certainly not improve and Matty James out for most of the year, I understood NP wanted his squad settled before pre-season! Some hope, Last year everyone blamed the DOF whose fault is it this year?
Ric Flair Posted 19 June 2015 Posted 19 June 2015 I still think Jelavic in the right team could be very good. Him and Kramaric?
General Smuts Posted 19 June 2015 Posted 19 June 2015 I still think Jelavic in the right team could be very good. Him and Kramaric? Proven goal scorer at this level. Wouldn't say no for 3m. Another option over Ulloa as well. Would rather we sorted the back line and the middle of midfield as a priority.

Some hope, Last year everyone blamed the DOF whose fault is it this year? Calm down, Pearson will sort it. Have faith in the man, he has earned the respect. If Huth doesn't sign we will get someone better, if Cambiasso doesn't sign we will get someone worthy of being his replacement. The players love Pearson, the fans who aren't idiots love him, we will not be going down as long as Pearson is in charge. The best signing we could make this summer is retaining Pearson and we have done that so I'm confident, you should be too. The signings will come, Pearson is probably on a beach somewhere in Barbados having some well deserved family time. James will have been left behind I suspect.
Tuna Posted 19 June 2015 Posted 19 June 2015 I still think Jelavic in the right team could be very good. Him and Kramaric? Injury prone and one paced, no thanks.
Soar Fox Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 He'd probably cost an arm and a leg but I'd love to see Will Hughes in a City shirt. Quality young player, would give us another option in midfield and will only get better, plus we'd be robbing Derby of their best talent. Mind you his hair would clash with the blue. Last seen on 10/01/2014 at 19.45 getting into Mr Drinkwaters pocket.
AKCJ Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Is Will Hughes really any good? Long answer: Nah. Short answer: No.
Devonfox1884 Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Highly unlikely I know, but Spurs have made Kyle Walker available. Seem to remember him having a few attitude problems though, so maybe not for Pearson.
Dan Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Will Hughes is a decent player but criminally over-rated. Kyle Walker... I honestly don't think would be that much of an upgrade. Never seen the hype.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 If we are looking for a right back from Spurs DeAndre Yedlin would be my preferred option!
conLAD logan Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Yarmalenko always seems to do well when on TV with the Europa league or when I've seen Ukraine vs england. No one is linked with for some odd reason same as Alexander meier even tho he's scored/assisted 28 goals in 26 appearances in the league and scored/assisted 11 goals in 11 appearances in the Europa league. He's like a cheaper bale although Id reckon he'd still be worth a lot.
LCCFox96 Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Stephane M'Bia's move to Trabzonspor has fallen through. He's a free agent. Wages would be the big issue but I think the proposition of the club could appeal to him. Would anybody have him at Leicester?
AjcW Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Will Hughes is a grade A **** who I wouldn't want anywhere near our side. One of those, wouldn't get out of bed for 10k footballers. (FYI this is more than just personal opinion). Nige wouldn't touch him. Simple as.
RizLCFC Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 Apparently N'Zonzi has a £6m price tag with Aston Villa, West Ham and West Brom interested, for that price he'd be a no brainer for us, just the type of central midfielder we need.
dbtcity Posted 20 June 2015 Posted 20 June 2015 I would love n'zonzi but there is no chance he would go to any of those clubs listed or us, I imagine he will only leave stoke for a better club

Dan Posted 21 June 2015 Posted 21 June 2015 N'Zonzi's one of the most under-rated players in the league for me. I cannot believe they're shifting him for six million? Has he not just won their player of the year? Not surprised Sevilla are sniffing. They've got a serious eye for talent.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 21 June 2015 Posted 21 June 2015 N'Zonzi is only for sale because he rejected Stoke's most recent contract offer as he thinks he's ready to play for the big clubs now (massive dig at Stoke I think) read this on skysports a week or two ago. Can see him ending up at Spurs or Sevilla as a replacement for Mbia to be honest. Anyway my point is we have no chance!

He absoulelty bossed the midfield when Stoke came down here.

Alex_LCFC Posted 21 June 2015 Posted 21 June 2015 Nani off to feberbache for 6 million. Apparently 55,000 a week
MC Prussian Posted 21 June 2015 Posted 21 June 2015 Speaking of right-backs and right wing-backs, I see that Elche's Uruguayan defender Damián Suárez' contract is running out this month. Would be a good back-up. Plus, he can score from a distance (alright, it was his sole Primera Division goal last season):
Bryn Posted 21 June 2015 Posted 21 June 2015 Aye N'Zonzi is class, will go to a club looking at European football.
