Yes mate, I opened the ticket before the Arsenal game, keep checking back, still open.

Have you checked your inbox in the email history bit? I've not had to renew since the change so don't quite know how it works. Should be more or less instant bud.

Yeah I've sent them emails as well, I'm going to look elsewhere. It's taking the piss now.

In fairness mine took a few days. As long as you've been a member for a while, you'll be fine.
