Brainy Posted 18 August 2015 Posted 18 August 2015 Well yeah you made a thread confirming something was official when it wasn't
Grandad. Posted 18 August 2015 Posted 18 August 2015 If this isn't up there in the end of year awards for thread of the year then there really is no justice on this forum.
StanSP Posted 18 August 2015 Posted 18 August 2015 Well yeah you made a thread confirming something was official when it wasn't and that's the same as creating a thread about a totally irrelevant match to Leicester in the Leicester City forum?
Brainy Posted 18 August 2015 Posted 18 August 2015 his was kind of thread worthy, if you read the posts in the Aranguiz thread where people were hoping Lazio would beat Leverkusen. He just posted it in the wrong forum. Yours on the other hand, yeah it was pointless
C-man Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Good thread, wanted to discuss this for 2 reasons: 1) Ref almost abandoned the game for racist abuse towards Leverkusen's black players. What a surprise. 2) Leverkusen took less than 200 to the game. A game in one of the most iconic European stadiums in one of the most beautiful cities in the world and they took 200. Most tinpot team in Germany. (after Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg and RB, obviously)

Guest Mee-9 Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Yeah because it came from a reputable source (Gianluca Di Marzio) and he's linked to us anyway Lazio vs Leverkusen has nothing to do with us so shouldn't have been in the LCFC forum. Problem? Crying over a thread being placed in the wrong section. If thats the most of your worries, life really must be going well for you mate.

Finnegan Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Good thread, wanted to discuss this for 2 reasons: 1) Ref almost abandoned the game for racist abuse towards Leverkusen's black players. Most tinpot team in Germany. (after Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg and RB, obviously) I don't understand the German prejudice against Wolfsburg and Bayer, it's completely moronic. The notion of factory teams is an age old tradition all across Europe and both clubs have long histories. Bayer have been around over a hundred years and Wolfsburg was founded only seven years after its city, how many clubs can say that? It's not even like the companies behind them have "bought the league" and done a Chelsea/Man City, they've just bobbed up and down the Bundesliga from crap to top-five on and off through modern history. Are Sochaux tinpot? PSV? Vauxhall Mot-... well, okay. You'd think a country with a proud industrial heritage would get it. PS: totally understand the abuse for RB and Hoffenheim.
MC Prussian Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 The irony in it all is that Lazio fans were hurling racist monkey chants at Leverkusen's black players, but remind me again whom scored for Lazio... Double standards and all. Shame they can't exterminate right-wing cretins like that. EDIT: Taking only 200 to a European game in Rome is indeed somewhat underwhelming. But maybe Leverkusen fans were simply scared of hooligan troubles, who knows?
Brainy Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 life really must be going well for you mate. Are you sure thats official? Maybe we could make a thread about it

lgfualol Posted 20 August 2015 Posted 20 August 2015 Dont know if anyone cares but Aranguiz is injured for the rest of the year. Bullet dodged
goose2010 Posted 20 August 2015 Posted 20 August 2015 Ruptured his Achilles' tendon out for the season
FireFox Posted 20 August 2015 Posted 20 August 2015 Anderson Perry is a mean shot with that sniper. Anderson Perry always gets his man.
FireFox Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Bayer up 2-0 2-1 aggregate, so an away goal would win it for Lazio
The Blur Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Man, after this thread we can't laugh at likes of Burnley fans for being bitter. Genuinely embarrassed.
Nalis Posted 26 August 2015 Posted 26 August 2015 Man, after this thread we can't laugh at likes of Burnley fans for being bitter. Genuinely embarrassed. I'm more baffled than embarrassed. I mean, hating a player/team just because they rejected us and gloating when that player gets a long term injury? Some people need to grow up.
