The Foxes head to St James’ Park on Saturday afternoon looking to make it four wins on the spin and with a fully fuelled Blue Army roaring them on from the stands, there’s no reason why they can’t. The offer is available between 7am and 9am on the morning of the game to all supporters with valid match tickets to the Newcastle United vs. Leicester City fixture. We’ll be serving up breakfast rolls (cobs!) as well as tea and coffee for the Blue Army ahead of their long journey to the north-east. Vegetarian options are also available. Breakfast will be served inside the Great Hall at King Power Stadium on Saturday 21 November from 7am until 9am. Entry will be through the VIP Entrance in the West Stand. All supporters must show a valid ticket for Saturday’s match and are advised to arrive early to avoid any potential queues.
4ever and ever Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Nice gesture again from the club but would prefer these things to be something when at the away stadium. I live in Northamptonshire but will be going nowhere near the stadium on Saturday morning. This seems to only benefit coach travellers who already get subsidised coaches anyway.

Stevosevic Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 They realise a lot of fans don't travel from Leicester?
VLC86 Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Seriously people, if you arent willing to drive an extra hundred or so miles for a free bacon cob you need to have a long hard look in the mirror.
Guest Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 They realise a lot of fans don't travel from Leicester? they only give a toss about people who get the glippy coach
AKCJ Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 awwww got excited.. I'm going to Newcastle on Friday.
4ever and ever Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Moan moan moan moan moan!! Ha, I knew it would come across that way. I think its absolutely brilliant the club do all these things. Just simply suggesting the majority of the 3,000 travelling to Newcastle will not be at the stadium in the morning.

I think you'd find it hard to find a Club who would agree to that...
4ever and ever Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 I think you'd find it hard to find a Club who would agree to that... We have had a few food vouchers at the away grounds recently.
Fox92 Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Someone can have mine too, I'll be going nowhere near the ground ... Would be brilliant if they were to give them out at the away end! Another great gesture from the club though, can't complain at that really. Nice for those going on the bus.

Unless you happen to be the unlucky bugger that puts his favourite black and white striped t shirt on forgetting who we are playing and you get bacon sarnied in the mush.
AyewJoking Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 No one has posted, "we have the best owners in the world" yet. shame on you.
AyewJoking Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 we have the best owners in the world if you have to be prompted its nothing but an empty gesture
Dan Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Nice touch again. Will likely go as it's kind of on the way. Any chance they'll let me collect two as I'll have my mates ticket, but he won't be with me at that time?
sdb Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 What about people who prefer sausages? Not good enough in all honesty.
fuchsntf Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Can someone send me the breakie by post.I havent got a ticket, but I will be streaming. They can land just around the corner... 2 bacon rolls, and a sausage n egg, sunnyside up please.I prefer cream to milk, but no sugar. oh dont forget the HP. I thankyou...!!!!! Ps. Put in a couple of Gingernuts, so I can dunk.

So what should they do set up a small grill at the turnstiles and give them out there? Seriously you'd be surprised how many who don't go by coach stop by to get them, real gammon on the bone as well, no crappy stuff. I'd estimate well over a third go, I've not missed one yet, well worth it.

promised land Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Enjoy mate. If you can bring me one up that would be splendid I do see your point, like others, not everyone is close to the ground. I'm fairly sure they've done it like the previous ones as it's an early start, (although Swansea is 30 mins earlier so again maybe) so handing out vouchers at St James park won't have the same effect.
Thracian Posted 20 November 2015 Posted 20 November 2015 Haven't we got a terrific club right now. Owners who not only invest in the place but make sincere gestures to the fans they so clearly appreciate, a cracking manager who tackles his job with a smile and answers questions with humour and dignity, players who want to be here and give their all week after week, facilities to be proud of at any level, support staff who seem to serve a worthwhile purpose and all fueled by the momentum of positivity and blazing ambition. In close to 60 years as a supporter I can't remember a more sustained period of excitement. Yes we had FA Cup finals and League Cup victories but today's team is the first I've believed might just steer us into European football on a regular or even permanent basis. And no wonder the fans have been treated. They've been an inspiration. Happy days.
