adam1 Posted 29 November 2015 Posted 29 November 2015 Of the 6 games to halfway (19 games) which includes Utd, I would expect that we will need to get 9pts to maintain the champs league push (I can't believe I just wrote this). That would leave us on 37pts and hopefully second place...
CharlieCharles Posted 29 November 2015 Posted 29 November 2015 Top 7 i would be happy with. Top 4 would be incredible with the run we have.
Len Finsbury Posted 29 November 2015 Posted 29 November 2015 I don't mind having a tough run of fixtures in a row as long as confidence doesn't dip. It's not like we didn't know we'd have to play these teams at some point. If we do suffer from some poor results, we'll soon pick ourselves up again when we play the rest of the PL.
Guest ttfn Posted 29 November 2015 Posted 29 November 2015 http://www.worldfootball.net/table_calculator/eng-premier-league/ Had a go at this predictor, I've got us 6th after Boxing Day. Hope your prediction is as good as your pre-season one.
Jon the Hat Posted 30 November 2015 Posted 30 November 2015 Why do people keep mentioning joint top? We aren't joint top, we are second on goal difference.
Leicester_Numan Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Everton and Liverpool worry me more than Chelsea and Man City at the moment.
Benguin Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Why do people keep mentioning joint top? We aren't joint top, we are second on goal difference. Isn't that a no brainer? Because it sounds much better!
Guest Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Around 3rd/4th. Beating Swansea should keep us around the European places ideally with at least one other win or a couple draws.
Captain... Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Why do people keep mentioning joint top? We aren't joint top, we are second on goal difference. "Joint top" is easier to write than "second on goal difference", everyone knows it means the same.
NewquayFox Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Joint 5th with 3 teams, just our rubbish goals against that will be the key...... Up the City.....
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Why do people keep mentioning joint top? We aren't joint top, we are second on goal difference. This is one for "what grinds my gears" If the season were to end now for whatever reason, would we share the title? No, because we are not top, we are not joint top.
Dan Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 I think we'll win at Swansea, lose at home to Chelsea (it would be just typical), lose at Everton but draw at Liverpool and at home to Man City. Before back to a routine win over Bournemouth.
MC Prussian Posted 3 December 2015 Posted 3 December 2015 Went with 4th, as well. We have a rather tough fixture before the end of the year and I'd take five to six points from the following five fixtures in December, to be honest. Of course, it'd be another small Leicester Miracle™ if we somehow manage to reach our points tally of 40 by January, 1st!
