Larry_LCFC Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Fair play to the club. Not a lot else they can do tbh. Atleast train companies are playing fair.
Dan Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Very well done by both the club and East Midlands Trains.
sly1 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Going back on sale again when tickets refunding with 108 points
ramboacdc Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 good to see! don't think there will be many returns. feel sorry for @@Bayfox though who bought his sunday train tickets before east midlands trains said all old ones were valid! happy for @@Steve_Walsh5 too!!
DangerFox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 If you don't want tickets, I'll take them please. Been trying hard all season to build enough points to get to big games and keep getting disappointed.
Father Ted Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Am I correct in saying that LCFC could have rejected the request to move it to Sky though?

GaelicFox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Wow all the moaning about sky And all along the club had the solution Great club with fantastic earnings from a fine TV station = everyone happy ! But somehow they won't !
goose2010 Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Wow all the moaning about sky And all along the club had the solution Great club with fantastic earnings from a fine TV station = everyone happy ! But somehow they won't ! Well no not exactly I'm sure there is a lot of people that had already brought their tickets and want to go now can't actually make it. The club have done something great for the fans but sky it's a situation that could of been avoided if sky had stuck to their own rules
The Doctor Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Am I correct in saying that LCFC could have rejected the request to move it to Sky though? Technically yes although there was the threat of a points deduction or fine mentioned iirc - it's why leeds got in such a hassle a few weeks back when cellino locked the gates and refused to let sky in to set up
The Doctor Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Wow all the moaning about sky And all along the club had the solution Great club with fantastic earnings from a fine TV station = everyone happy ! But somehow they won't ! Entirely missing the point (that the club and train companies shouldn't have to set up a resolution to this in the first place)
Guest Papasmurf Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Let's hope they accept my tickets in the Arsenal end on the train.
Soar Fox Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 good to see! don't think there will be many returns. feel sorry for @@Bayfox though who bought his sunday train tickets before east midlands trains said all old ones were valid! happy for @@Steve_Walsh5 too!! Much appreciated. Looks like we are taking a mini bus instead now. We've had a few who have had to drop out which is a shame, but all in all it's looking a lot better than it did yesterday.
MPH Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Doing their best in a bad situation. Fair play to them.
Elsie Ephsey Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 For anyone using the Rugby to Euston line, I've just emailed Virgin Trains to see if they're willing to make a similar concession. I'll post the results when I hear back.
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 I wonder if those telling Sky to "eff off" will say the same to them when the big cheques are being sent Leicester's way from Sky HQ...

But somehow they won't ! If I had a ticket I'd still be annoyed - Saturday 3pm in London is set up for a much more enjoyable day than early Sunday... Pubs, travelling etc
