Finnegan Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Fancy foreign name. I mean, Dwight Gayle sounds like the bloke who works at your local off license (so does Ahmed Musa to be fair) but the point is football fans these days want an unknown quantity out of Moscow rather than a know quantity from Palace or Chelsea. Someone said few days ago he'd rather have Eder over Remy even though he admittedly hadn't watched Eder. I'd love Remy, natural goalscorer with a real chance of being in the France squad at the euros. But Gayle is bobbins.
Finnegan Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 They're flexible enough for it to be in a car park of a club property and for them to be wearing some sort of fleece Ronaldinho, in the club shop, with a pencil case.
ktfox59 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 As much as people take the piss with me on this deal, why on earth is Tops helicopter being seen over the south of England when it's deadline day. Surely they want to be in Leicester promoting the club to prospective new players. Surely if we agree a fee by email, text, Skype etc of 22m isn't it feasible we want to sell-yes I know- the club to him. People all over the world know man utd. Not so leicester. We need to let him see how much we want him and the ambition we have. That kind of approach is typical of the way the owners go about their business I'm sure. And why not? It would be 22m plus salary of their money. So yes take the piss but should it happen I am guessing this may be the way they go about it.
Finnegan Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Oh for **** sakes. It's a helicopter. It means nothing. It's probably his missus going shopping.

EnderbyFox Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Dorset says we are prepared to increase our bid, doesn't usually know his arse from his elbow though.

Everyone who knows football knows we are top of the league, especially a guy who weve been bidding for for 2 weeks, if we offered the money, the cnuting helicopter might as well be a lego one.
tyfox Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Ssn saying they believe we are willing to up our bid for him.
Finnegan Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Imagine if Doumbia, Emenike and Musa arrive in the premier league at the same time. Fifa ultimate team explodes.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Ssn saying they believe we are willing to up our bid for him. Hopefully we just pay to activate the clause... can't see them accepting an offer.
Foxy_jim Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Imagine if Doumbia, Emenike and Musa arrive in the premier league at the same time. Fifa ultimate team explodes. I find this fifa is less for the pace abusers, but yeah i get ya.

DB11 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Yeah you basically just need to submit a transfer sheet to the FA saying he's agreed to come (meaning you've agreed with his club prior) the details can be ironed out after the deadline. Musa is the captain of his country and a champions league footballer, there's no chance of him not getting a WP. He probably wouldn't be registered in time to play tomorrow though. He had to be registered by midday today for that to happen, so unless they've kept it under wraps it's definitely not gonna happen in time for tomorrow

ktfox59 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Some people are so dence here. Do you think that top attracts and does deals worth 22m over the phone, and not face to face where ever in the world. There are agents and the player to schmooze if you really want him. Lay on the red carpet treatment etc.

He's after signing Omar Beckles from Aldershot who has been our man of the match in nearly every home game this season (It's my hometown and my Dads from Leicester hence my Leicester following)

ktfox59 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Jeez if you're gonna call people stupid at least spell the insult correctly *dense what? I make an obviously perceived point about how rich owners may go about their business and how this may be panning out, and yes I don't know, neither does anyone here, but it's logical, Ffs Nathan Dyer was seen getting out of their helicopter when he signed, and you want to pull me up over a spelling mistake. Proof read the rest. As for insult? Have you read most of foxes talk before?
