I seem to remember Craig Pawson being described by some on here as the worst ref in the league pre-game.

Not sure what his rating says about the other refs we've had this season lol

DD performance wasn't the worst on the pitch nor the best but he put in a lot of effort breaking up and setting up play it's just that a few of his passes both short and long were noticeably off the mark.

People seem to find it difficult to look past headline contributions and notice the overall performance of players.

The ref wasn't bad but he was inconsistent and hesitant at times with his decision making.

And Sky's MOTM was DD.

I think he was harshly judged by a lot of us, including myself. I think his slips and woeful long passes were very obvious and potentially dangerous, which overlooked his otherwise good work on and off the ball.

We have surpassed our best ever points in the premier league, fighting for the league title, nearly nailed on for European football next season.

So how the **** is Claudio's managers confidence not 100 %, somebody, somewhere is clearly voting go, sorry don't get it

The ref was good, but then there were hardly any meaningful decisions to be made.

Apart from a potential offside call for our goal and a handball in our penalty area. But I agree with davieG on this one.

Shows how low we've rated ref's this season.

Also wouod have them higher in opposition rating. They did well although looked toothless

Really? I mean, I find it difficult to give a rating of 6+ for a team that didn't even test Kasper. Objectively, it was a pretty poor game and in that context I find a "slightly above average" rating to be OK, bordering on generous to them.

Maybe would've put Newcastle as 6.20 or slightly more in terms of performance.

They weren't crap, and were quite solid.

It will always happen because we have an open, non members vote. Although having said that I'm sure there would still be people wanting him out because there are members on here who a joke, or who are not Leicester City supporters.

Was expecting worse from Pawson & gave him an extra +1 as he didn't blow up for Wes' elbow in the box  ;)
