Next Monday Will Be the Day

Think of the points this man gave us!

I'm aware of his value. That wasn't meant as a criticism a negative or a complaint - purely an observation.

I'm not particularly concerned with 'what ifs?' - but it's even more ridiculous when you consider that had Mahrez slotted away those penalties against Bournemouth and Villa we'd be champions now and thirteen points clear.

Careful now. You'll incite a riot.

I'd rather we win it while the team is on the pitch so we see their instant reactions. If Chelsea deny Spurs on Monday we will be denied seeing the player's first reactions when they become champions.

I want to see tears and man-hugs!

Man United home form is just about as good as ours unfortunately

Will be a great match then, looking forward to it.

You'll see that from the Chelsea players on Monday!

After the result last night i see Man U as a free game, no pressure. We can wrap this up at home to everton with 32k behind the team cheering the lads to the title, but i've a feeling it'll be done and dusted after we win at OT.

I don't see any 'free games' and, as far as I'm concerned, if Leicester win it then I'm not going to argue over the exact manner of winning it. It's perfectly possible that we lose to Manchester United, Spurs rally to a win against Chelsea and we find ourselves in the midst of a nervy stalemate against Everton. So I've got enough brilliant memories from the rest of the season to allow the title to be won - if it's to be won - in any old fashion.

For now, though, I'm keeping a lid on it, and I think the players will need much the same until the points are in the bag.

Really hope it's not Monday from a personal point of view. I'm moving house the next day would be celebrating by packing boxes and taking down furniture.

I don't want to moan at the possibility of something incredible happening, but Sky have ruined the spectacle of this title race for the sake of slightly increased viewing figures. The final couple of matches, apart from the final day, should have been Spurs at 1.30pm and us at 4pm. That way they are guaranteed to capture the celebrations either way. We now face the possibility of one of the greatest sporting achievements ever being completed on a Monday night when everyone involved is at home.

come on mate were gonna win the league an your moaning about how it's done, you want me to bring some trousers for you to start wearing in your house

If we win it at Old Trafford, imagine how Spurs will feel going to Stamford Bridge the day afterwards. I honestly think that Chelski would demolish them.

One can but hope!

I'm not moaning. Having a preference isn't moaning!

Sky do ruin these moments, they have for years. I can't get my head around it, as ultimately they are shooting themselves in the foot if they miss broadcasting the celebrations.

us losing, them drawing then us doing everton is obviously the dream scenario for those not going to united.

however if we win it at OT, on monday or whatever just imagine the everton game. I might start drinking now. it will be the best weekend in the history of the city.
