filbertstreet Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 only mentioned as an aside but apparently we're in for this guy from Juventus https://www.clubcall.com/southampton/saints-to-join-scrap-for-sturaro-1813336.html?
Nick Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 Been watching him week in week out for years he's amazing - sign him up! (Never heard of him in my life could be wheelchair bound for all I know)
psychonaut Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 I'd be surprised if we don't sign at least one Italian this summer.
sphericalfox Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 A midfielder? One for the future at 23, but who does he potentially replace? Inler? James?

TrentFox Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 I'd be surprised if we don't sign at least one Italian this summer.I'm guessing it might be a young right-back, if we do.
EarlBeaumont Posted 22 June 2016 Posted 22 June 2016 He can't find a place in the starting XI of the Juve because of the absolut quality of their midfielders (Marchisio, Khedira, Pogba !) but he is very good. However, I don't see him leave the club. ItalJuve is still a thing, and they won't sell Italians playing for the Nazionale
SheppyFox Posted 22 June 2016 Posted 22 June 2016 I won't judge him on one performance but he wasn't exactly good tonight.
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 22 June 2016 Posted 22 June 2016 If I heard correctly, the Italian fans were upset about him starting tonight as he's hardly played at all this year & is not match fit. If that is the case I wouldn't pay attention to tonight's performance really!
Mezeker Posted 23 June 2016 Posted 23 June 2016 Didint he just move there from Genoa, why would he come here?
TJB-fox Posted 2 July 2016 Posted 2 July 2016 This guy is a proper Italian midfielder. Wouldn't surprise me if Ranieri brought him in. Good footballer and as said above, kicks anything that moves
