I did have an amusing moment walking past a few months ago, with a mate who was visiting Leicester. I was just pointing it out to him as a place with a reputation as the roughest pub in the city centre, when 2 bouncers emerged holding some bloke MattP by both arms and threw him bodily out onto the pavement.

Wymsey Posted 20 August 2016 Posted 20 August 2016 Shopping centre. That pub is fairly decent but haven't been in a while.

Wymsey Posted 20 August 2016 Posted 20 August 2016 Closest I've went was 1573 restaurant and King Richard pub nearby, though I wouldn't classify it being as part of the shopping centre.

Wymsey Posted 22 August 2016 Posted 22 August 2016 Quite a few have said The Curve is decent for different shows so may have a visit one time. Can't remember being in De Montfort Hall but apparently can be over-priced for what they offer.

Finnegan Posted 23 August 2016 Posted 23 August 2016 I love how quickly "major public buildings" turned in to pubs and bars.
Livid Posted 23 August 2016 Posted 23 August 2016 Had never been to De Mont until a few years ago. Went into The Guildhall and Cathedral to have a look at KRIII exhibits and tomb but never before that.
