Please next month don't go away

We want all of you to stay

Cos we all wear the mighty blue

And we're all foxes through and through

All together as one team

We can win the premier league

Hi all, not a regular poster (in fact they're like space dust) but we really need a decent song for N'Golo Kante. I liked the Gala song, freed from desire, but it doesn't seem to have taken off, which is a shame because I thought it was belting.

This is my post 8 pints 'festive' effort after having this tune rammed in to my ear holes tonight,Mike Oldfield Dulci Jubilo . . . . . .

His name's N'Golo Kante,

he plays for Leicester City,

he wears the number 14,

the greatest player I've ever seen,

he tackles he passes he plays just like a dream . . . . La de la de la de la  . . . . repeat ad nausem, or add more

Feel free to edit, improve etc . . . .

What's wrong with the one we've got?

When we scored the third on Saturday I couldn't help but start singing 'Are you watching Mark McGhee' don't know why, could have been the beer talking, could have been me thinking back to my younger days, the last time we had it this good.

Would love to hear this again, any other chants we should bring back?

Are you watching Jimmy Greaves?

The Gala chant will catch on a) in time or sadly, and more likely b) if another set of fans sing it en masse first.

that's the first time I've ever seen leicester chants and "in time" in the same sentence

Valid. The drum does seem to be helping people keep a steady pace at home games these days mind. Clappers tend to go out of time very quickly though.

Evening All

First time poster but follower for a long time please be gentle.

Had the following going round in my head for a while and think it is very apt

Now he will run 500 miles

And he will run 500 more

Just to be the man to run a 1,000 miles

So that Leicester City win and score

N'Golo Kante    N'Golo Kante  N'Golo Kante  N'Golo Kante

Da Da Lat Da         Da Da Lat Da   Da Da Lat Da   Da Da Lat Da etc

N'Golo Kante    N'Golo Kante  N'Golo Kante  N'Golo Kante

Da Da Lat Da         Da Da Lat Da   Da Da Lat Da   Da Da Lat Da etc

Sure you will know the tune!

You know that's actually quite catchy. I like the "came across the sea" one but that is really good. Less words for our stumblebums to learn as well. It'd catch on.

I like the new 'We Love You' rendition but with Ranieri in the words. Sounds decent IMO.

This is 500 times better than the "Came Across the Sea" song, which is kinda mumbly.

Would just change this line so it has the right number of syllables and matches the original closer:

Just to be the man who ran 1,000 miles

So that the Leicester score.

Well done!

it 1000 times isn't...

Can't even think what the original songs called but one going in l1 yesterday ending 'and Robert Huth, Okazaki', was a cheesy 90s tune. Anyone?

Christian Fuchs and Robert Huth, OKAZAKI

Christian fuchs

But weirdly isn't it that. Ooh stick you, Ya mama too and Ya dada.

Which is such a odd song for grown men to have designed a football chant around.
