foxinsox Posted 12 March 2017 Posted 12 March 2017 Patrick Kisnorbo. Despite not being tall, always won headers. James Scowcroft. Scored loads from Izzet corners.

Vardy picked him in his ideal 5 a side team so obviously he's well regarded among the players. Agree. Team seems to play better with him on. He's a warrior-type up front who wants to take the ball off opposition players all the while. Can be sloppy with passing but his presence means the opposition defence have hardly much time with the ball.
WilfND Posted 12 March 2017 Author Posted 12 March 2017 Tom Lawrence? he seems to do well on loan, obviously signed for a reason. Never really been been given a chance, shame or or is he just classed as an unknown entity at this level

He'll get the ball out of his feet with a great spin and then his final ball is usually poorly executed or too late! If he could finish in front of goal he'd be on another level
Aus Fox Posted 13 March 2017 Posted 13 March 2017 I think it's funny how Leicester fans throughout history have never changed and never stopped undervaluing And not giving a chance to new signings For those that don't know Arthur Rowley went on to be the top goal scorer in English football history and still is today. 434 goals, 251 for city in just over 300 apps. If anyone needs a statue at the KP its this guy.

LittlethorpeFox Posted 13 March 2017 Posted 13 March 2017 I used to think Simon Royce was a quality back up keeper back in the day. I also thought Rowett was great when he played for us and I really used to rate Marcus Bent and Ben Thatcher! Phil Gee as well back in the day I used to love that guy but he isn't remembered too much by City fans.
StriderHiryu Posted 13 March 2017 Posted 13 March 2017 Tony Cottee. Great goal return for someone of his age and always a solid pro. Gerry Taggart. Walsh and Elliott are remembered as the best CBs at the club during the MON era but by the time we won our second league cup in 3 years, Taggart was a rock. Matty Fryatt. Awesome during our time in league one and first season in the championship after that. Richie Wellens. A class act that was instrumental to our team when he was here. Of the the current squad, Simpson, Albrighton and Okazaki. We always play better when they are in the team. To to be honest there are lots more I could name. LCFC as a club is underrated!
