If we can't beat west brom at the moment we want fvcking. Star striker out, main playmaker out team looking knackered and playing poorly (according to my mate). No excuses for sitting back in this one.

Does your mate know the ref lol

Would love this to be like the game we beat them in the Great Escape.

Gunning for Vards to get a goal tomorrow

Thrac and TK95 you do know we play today?

Perhaps the defensive approach against Arsenal was to help preserve energy levels for this game?

It's very hard to play our usual high press and intense style of play twice in 3 days.

So from a fitness levels perspective, the defensive approach made sense against Arsenal.

Our players should be fresh, playing at a high tempo and on the front foot against West Brom.

It's also very tiring defending for 90 minutes with very little possession and conceding a late goal.

I don't think we conserved energy at all against Arsenal. Since when does chasing the ball and constantly defending for 70 minutes conserve energy? If anything, the players will be tired today and we should look at freshening things a little bit.

I believe some are erroneously thinking we deliberately played poorly against Arsenal for some strange reason. That's not how Shakespeare and these players work.
