Just hope they find someone who's willing chip in for their future.

It seems quiet on the Jeff Stelling situation regarding a possible takeover.

It seems a deal has been agreed for Hartlepool's future with a consortium fronted by former Darlington chairman Raj Singh and including Jeff Stelling, I read former fox Craig Hignett is returning as well as director of football too.

Hopefully this will end better than Singh's tenure at Darlo which ended in administration and liquidation!

Huge win at Barrow last night, hopefully they can get their transfer embargo lifted and bring in some experience to move up the table, some of the lower mid table outfits such as Leyton Orient and Woking have been drawn into the relegation picture.

Unbeleivable, Salford 4-0 down at Kidderminster, equalize 4-4 with a 96th minute goal - rebound from a missed penalty!

Still top, although Harrogate are just behind with a game in hand.

Rumour Mill suggests Hinckley AFC will be playing at Ibstock United next season. Add to this Ilkeston Town will be ramping up the money thrown at them next season, could be another frustrating season on the cards.

Seems Ilkeston will never learn then.

Just thinking out loud here; there’s a huge pocket at the moment for a Leicester based non league club to establish themselves. None of the current Leicester clubs in the pyramid are overly vocal online or attempt to hoover LCFC fans on non match days.

Real shame there’s nothing there

This is the top of the Southern Premier League

Look at the points the top 5 have amassed; Slough in the final play-off place would be winning the Northern Premier and Isthmian Premier division with their current points haul. Slough are 13 points clear of the team in 6th place.

Salford City all but promoted to the conference national, just need a point from their game against Boston United next up.

Went to a pretty drab 1.1 draw between Sheffield FC and Chasetown last night.

Sheffield were playing a heavily rotated team and that showed in terms of quality.

Chasetown brought decent away numbers considering the distance.

Have a look at the bottom four though in that division. Add to that two/three teams who've had financial issues through the season, it's not that surprising that's occurred.

7 people! Hahah.

I was one of those 7 im sure. He had a reputation for picking up yellows. 7 people should not be classed as an unusual pattern

I noticed that the National League play-off method is different to the higher tiers, could someone explain how it works?

Yep you've got 2nd and 3rd place who automatically go through to the semi finals of the play offs, while 4th to 7th place must play a quarter final round. In semi's 2nd place will face the winners of 4th or 7th, while 3rd place will face 5th or 6th. Not sure if that clear things up a little.

Macclesfield promoted, Torquay relegated.

Good on Macc, nice little club that always punch above their weight.

Torquay though :( very sad what has happened there. Hope to see them get back in the football league sometime soon

I hope it sorts Macc’s finances. They are constantly struggling but hopefully they can follow Accrington’s lead.

Torquay are done for I think. An absolute catalogue of errors there.

Some may laugh but sad times for Nuneaton Town on the verge of going bust! twice in ten years. Joke of a club, players not paid been weeks unable to get last nights game against Boston on at Liberty Way due to a suppose Floodlight Failure, rearranged it for tonight at 54 miles up the road at Alfreton of all places!  With no transport for supporters and have the nerve to charge the usual price of £14!

Along with that there's a winding up order for unpaid tax!

I see Dulwich came 2nd in the league, qualifying for the play offs again.

They don't have the best of records though.

In the last 7 seasons they've been in 5 play offs.....losing them all, 4 times in the final.

Dulwich finished in the play offs for the 6th time in 8 seasons and finally they won one.  Beat Hendon on pen's, over 3000 fans attended and will play conference south football next season.

FC united finished 16th, 4pts outside relegation and lost their final game at home to the bottom club.  They're in a major financial crisis so I'm not sure they'll be able to compete next season at that level, they had a very good home record but terrible away record.

And unlucky to Grantham town who lost in the play off final, some may remember Adam Stevens from his Coaville days he now managers Grantham town.
