I'm pretty sure when the Starmer chant came on they did something to the audio.......stand up if you love the darts was fine! Been to the darts loads of times and chant's like the Starmer one doesn't just fizzle out like it's shown on the TV!

When you get to longer format matches, Littler seems pretty much invulnerable except to Humphries every so often. Even when he starts slow, the format allows him to click into form and then he just seems to win multiple legs on the spin without effort.

Would love to see Aspinall win it but i cant see that happening. Also not sure why the youth championship final is contested by a 23 year old v a 21 year old

I think the age range will shift eventually with the boom in interest. But traditionally with darts being played by people up to their 50s, i think 16-23 is fine for the youths.

 

Although I do think that you shouldn't be allowed to enter if you have a tour card.

Just looking at odds for the Worlds, Littler at 1/1 seems like printing money, looks unbeatable atm. 

 

Interesting to see Beau Greaves at better odds that the likes of Wade/Dobey/Nijman

Evens is a poor bet IMO. All it takes is one below par performance in the later rounds. And Humphries/Price are more than capable of beating him in a final. 

 

I'd be laying it at that price personally.

Following a Coalville lad in the JDC World Champs in Gibraltar on dart connect. He's into the 32. Also noticed Mitch Lawrie is in the same tournament. The lad is a joke

Have been watching a few bits and pieces, caught Mitchell Lawrie's game, very impressive start from him. Had a couple of slow legs to start but then put in a solid display.

 

In world champs news, class to see that David Munyua has now got sponsorship so he can get over to the tournament

That's really great!......i'm amazed that all these WDC players bother to go anywhere.....they don't get paid unless they win something and then it probably would just about cover the travelling costs......With the PDC making millions they really should support this kind of darts........but Uncle Barry will say "we have the JDC,Devolment,womens tour etc.But some people can't give up their day job to be in Wigan on a Thursday(Jonny Clayton being a case)I think the BDO really made a mess of it all...well the Jacklyns(look at those two!)
