Rogue - what you read the word 'rouge' as.

Rouge - the word 'red' in French!

Gotcha!! It was still early and was thinking about hurricanes hitting Houston!

was described as  Xavi, Iniesta, Lionel Messi, C.Ronaldo and Fabregas all rolled in one.

He sounds like the greatest footballer ever.

Possibly a future North Korean President.

As much as balancing a ball on your bellend while getting dressed is good will it win us premier league games. To juggle a ball don't mean he has a football brain.

I don't know why it posted this video I posted one with him explaining his time at Chelsea and how he takes god's path and listens to him it also showed a montage of clips from him playing lol

I guess he's a shoe-in for the starting 11 then.

All joking aside that football control video was pretty impressive

Having said that, some of the most impressive keepy-uppy-control stuff I ever saw was Paul Gallagher pissing about pre-match once, but he wasn't a great footballer

Yeah, loads of u17 Nigerians failed their MRIs, resulting in Nigeria's failure to qualify for the u17 world cup in India.

It's unclear if Habib failed that, or even took it.

The last match the u17s played was around October 2016, a 3 - 1 loss against Niger trying to qualify for the u17 world  cup. Would he have been part of it? If he played in that you can be reasonably sure he passed the MRI.

Still, if it's known loads of Nigerian youth failed their MRIs, surely one of Man City, Birmingham and us would have done the MRI?

Makanjuola is sort of an internet phenomenon in Nigeria. He is not unknown. You can find videos of him aged 9, aged 11, aged 13 and so on. He passed all MRI scans, but even without that you really need a lot of ill will to claim Makanjuola is not as old as he claims he is.

The last time he played for the u17s was 2013 when he was 14 according to ESPN http://www.espnfc.us/player/194678/habib-makanjuola

The MRI scan scandal was in 2016 though. I'm unsure if they did them in 2013/2014.

It looks suspect. I'll see how he does on the pitch. The siging is a cheeky punt anyway.

Scandal? No scandal. Nigeria U17 has been performing comprehensive MRI scans since 2012. All 2013, 2015 and 2017 squad members have gone through a minimum of three MRI checks each.

Fact is that there are always players that are dropped after the MRI scans. For example Iheanacho passed the MRI scans for the 2013 squad, but Ndidi failed the same scans.

So it seems his age is legit and Nacho is a older than his birth cert suggests. Seems fine to me.

Nacho is as old as he claims he is. Pretty unlikely to be overage.

If he was a future North Korean president he would have played one match. Scored 180 goals. Then retired to focus on the military.

Good. Because we need more wingers. *cautiously looks at the closing of the transfer window...*

Jokes about age aside, wouldn't out sports science bods be able to tell his rouge age? Or am I living in the future?

Not sure he needs cosmetic blusher mate.

under 14s

Well I looked in the under 18s figuring if he's that good he'd be knockin around in there. Saw his picture and figured then he's 24 or so and was knocking around in the Dev squad padding us out. Realised I hadn't actually read the thread properly, and understood I missed an opportunity to make a gag about him having 12 wives and actually being a 44 yr old. Time for me to get in the bin.
