Kasper 6 - Wasn't really tested. Had a pretty easy game

Amartey 6

Maguire 7

Morgan N/A

Fuchs 6

Ndidi 7

James 6

Mahrez 9 - by far the most impactful player. Not only did he create two goals, he was all over the place making amazing plays.

Albrighton 8 - Another great cross for Mahrez, and I am happy he got a goal

Okazaki 7

Slimani 7

Sub's:

Silva N/A - looked amazing, but difficult to judge as there was no pressure when he came on and he didn't play long enough.

Gray 5 - really frustrating player when he chooses to shoot rather than pass. He needs to work on that.

Drago 6

7s all around - 8 for Albrighton great assist and a goal and Slimani worked his socks off class finish. 9 for Mahrez a real game changer a real special player that makes things happen in the most miserable of games.

Kasper 6  had a lazy day, awful distribution again

Amartey 7 - he did very well, could challenge Simpson if he could improve his passing

Maguire 6.5 - I like him a lot but going spectacular going forward but he does switch off at times in defence

Morgan - get well soon

Drago 6 - not bad, surely he can do better

Fuchs 6 - still suspect...

Ndidi 8 - indispensable and his positioning is improving

James 6.5 - he did alright

Mahrez 9 - brilliant, game changer, great goal and assist, very influential if a bit too selfish at times (like when trying to take on 3 opposition players)

Albrighton 7 - poor first half great in the second

Slimani 7.5 - as above, fantastic goal and some great link up play, a pity about his first touch

Okazaki 7 - his Shinjitsu was masterful as ever but lacked the finish. He should bag one at least

Silva - MOTM (I gave him 10 only because rating system doesnt allow 14)

Gray - lovechild of Grinch and Scrooge acting like he's Home Alone

Puel - 6 - stay

As people say, it's only Udders (and they were slightly better than us in the first half) so lets not get carried away... Glad we turned up in the second half. Vital 3 points

Mahrez, Okazaki and Albrighton stand outs in the 2nd half. No one played in the first.

Amusing how you missed Slim. Or was he, like Puel, not good enough?

On topic:

Didn't vote since I missed almost all the first half, but based on the second:

Kasper 6 - Distribution, mate.

Amartey 7 - Better than against Liverpool. few misplaced passes.

Maguire 6.5 - Did the job. Love his bursts forward. Lucky to get away with no free kick and a yellow in the first half (seen on the highlights)

Dragovic 6 - People killed him off against Liverpool forgetting it was his first start in the league against a rampant attack.

Fuchs 5.5 - Poor crossing and often caught out defensively.

Ndidi 7.5 - Everywhere, unlucky with his header. Passing needs some serious improvement though.

James 7 - He did very well for his first start.

Mahrez 9 - Played like a boss. Magic goal.

Albrighton 8.5 - Very solid performance. Class crossing over the shoulder for Mahrez' goal and well deserved goal.

Okazaki 8 - Classic Shinji performance. Should have scored one.

Slimani 9 - MOTH - Chuffed for him, especially with the dog's abuse he's getting here and from some fans in the stands. Great work rate, classy finish. Lead the attacking front and terrorized their defense.

Subs:

Silva 14 - A touch of class. Eager to see more of him.

Gray 6.5 - Decision making, son. Good assist for the 3rd goal.

Puel 7 (stay, of course)

Huddersfield 4 - Poor and their stay in the PL is in doubt. Wagner is doing what he can but they are very limited. Can't believe we drawed with them last year.

Why is Gray getting so much stick?

Genuine question, I couldn't watch the game, so only saw the highlights and his deflected cross set up  Albrighton's goal.

Because he is still attempting poor shots outside the box rather than passing the ball. When was the last time that this "tactic" worked out for him?

I won't go hard on Gray , he was a last minute sub that didn't get much time to get into the game

the other players took 45' to wake up

so stop bashing on the boy

I still think the best solution is to
(strap him in an abandoned location in the woods and make him watch 70's PSA's about the importance of SHARING)

but as @FIF said  the boy has quality , just let him develop it

I must be the only one who thought Fuchs was very good.

His ball control is very good for a full back, decision making was good. Caught out once or twice yes but comfortable.

9s for Mahrez Albrighton and Slim. Well in lads.
