Not in Leicester, but to me (LE12) was like £3.50 at the cheapest. Can pickup from the store for free though.

perhaps the site is overloaded but I can't make it to the delivery screen.

 

Edit (can't post anymore today) I've put my address in. email and English delivery address (on the lcfc site) it recognises me but won't move on just the "loading icon". I've written to the helpline and will wait to see what happens.

That's weird, try ringing the store to see if you can buy one on the phone instead maybe?

Weird thing happened on the website, for a second I had 2x White Shirts (one with Okazaki printing) for 12.50, thought it was my lucky day until I got to the payment section and it updated to its true cost which was over 50!
