He stands out more than Maddison (I know Madderz is on his first prem season, I do think he'll come good too but leaves a bit to be desired atm) Gray and Barnes are going to be the immediate future of their attack. Scintillating last night If he produces that performance last night consistently I will.
Happy Fox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Gray has always had potential as a winger that's clear as daylight, if he produces form on a consistent basis, the Top 6 teams would be looking at him. I still feel he has the ability to get 10 goals a season and provide assists.
Ric Flair Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Had a blinder in Puel's first game, let's hope Rodgers can finally prize consistency and real end product from him. He wanted him the season he left Liverpool so at least we know he fully believes in him.
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Please wait for back to back performances before re-writing the Gray script. The lads talent had never been in doubt, it's the lack of consistent application and outcome that defines his tenure to date. Let's hope Brendan can help the penny drop for Dimi
AjcW Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Seems he’s had a baby recently too*, either that or he’s borrowed one for Instagram I know I always bang on about it but these people are human and anything can cause inconsistency. *might be a baby brother or something
DerbyshireFox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 He drives me crazy and I’d previously said get rid, but if he plays like last night consistently and Brendan can work on him like he did on Sterling, then he might just unlock his potential. Best I’ve seen him play last night. Keep it up Demarai ?

Still think we are more dangerous from corners and set pieces though than when Mahrez and Albrighton were taking them! I think its often forgotten Maddison is only 22, and Gray is the same. The publicity these players get makes them seem much older! Gray especially, because he has been here for several seasons now..
