We celebrate failure enough in this country. Gone are the days of Owen winning for scoring a goal v Argentina or Rusedski winning for reaching a final. We award the winners, not the nearly men.

Who decided which one was best? Oh, yeah, the most recent one. Public votes always go like this. Films and music released in October or November get voted best of the year, songs that are towards the end of the set in Eurovision usually win, the last game you watch City play was the worst you've ever seen. People can't remember past the last couple of days. People are pathetic, useless, morons and I hate them! Except everyone* on here of course *almost everyone.

Brilliant that the Women's netball team won the moment of the year. I watched the game on television and it was really gripping stuff, so they deserved to win the team of the year as well.

Kane did more than anyone else to lose us that game when he spurned that chance to put us 2-0 up. Let's be honest, it was great but we got to the SF on the back of an easy draw - we beat Panama, Sweden and Tunisia. 4 minutes ago, Facecloth said: Spot on from Flintoff tbh.
