davieG Posted 4 January 2019 Posted 4 January 2019 - Ricardo Pereira has been nominated for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Premier League Player of the Month Award for December - The former FC Porto man helped the Foxes to wins over Watford, Chelsea and Manchester City - Ricardo bagged a brilliant goal against Man City to secure a 2-1 triumph The 25-year-old Portugal international has been in fine form for the Foxes this term after joining from FC Porto in the summer. In December, Ricardo scored a stunning goal to help City defeat current Premier League champions Manchester City 2-1 at King Power Stadium on Boxing Day. He featured in all but one of City’s fixtures last month, also playing pivotal roles in the victories over Watford and Chelsea. MC Prussian Posted 4 January 2019 Posted 4 January 2019 Great accomplishment and truly deserved. Sadly, it's a hard knock's life for defenders in public polls, and the award will undoubtedly go to an attacker or attacking midfielder from a more popular club.

StriderHiryu Posted 4 January 2019 Posted 4 January 2019 He'd deserve to win it, but to be fair Paul Pogba probably deserves to win more it as he's had a great month for Manchester United. Just unlucky that in this month another player has scored and assisted so many.
