Do you have any codes for existing customers? My initial contract has just ran out and my price has gone up massively.

I had all the TV packages for £45 which was due to expire. They planned to increase it to £54 so after speaking to three Sky Agents on live chat I actually found someone who was helpful. Removed Cinema (as we never watch it) and it's now £36 a month. My next bills (after pro rata) are showing £22, £31 & £28 so I've not clue if they'll adjust correctly but I'm not complaining!

Best thing to do is cancel, or do what other people do and sign up as a new customer in your missus' name.

I negotiated my deal down and started a new 18 month contract. Will this still work?

Yes it will still work because it's just an upgrade

Awesome. If you could send me a code it could be greatly appreciated.

Dave you can upgrade to any of the following with discount:

Sport, Cinema, Ultimate On Demand, HD, Boxsets, Kids, or Sky Q multiscreen.

If you've got every single one of them already. I can't help unfortunately

Yes I have.

Not happy though as my internet is crap. When I try to get to Amazon Prime on my LG TV it often says no internet and the hub is in the same room, it also keeps dropping out of my PC and Ipad.

Sky internet is useless. I've been struggling with it for a while.

I can't help with that unfortunately. You are best discussing this with customer services and just saying you're paying too much and elsewhere is cheaper.

But it's best to Keep a note of when the contract ends. And around a month before it finishes that's the best time to haggle/threaten to leave, as prices do suddenly get hiked.

I didn’t even know this thread existed,

Recently split up with the wife so moving into my new place in a few weeks and will be rejoining Sky as a new customer as she has kept the old account.

Anyone got any advise into getting the best deal available?

Its only me in the house so only really want broadband, HD and Sports

Thanks in advance
