I heard earlier Beale is due at Ibrox tonight, apparently he and his family loved it up here. He was floating about Rangers pubs in Glasgow as recently as a couple of weeks ago too. Knutsen has been pretty vocal already shooting down the prospect of him going there or indeed anywhere else in the short-term.

He was at the Aberdeen game a few weeks ago. QPR had played Birmingham the night before.

It was assumed he was looking at players for QPR to buy in January.

Whoever takes over has a massive rebuild with not much money or playing assets to fund it.

If it's Beale or someone half competent than the fella who looks like a donner kebab at Celtic will probably have it a bit tougher. Surprised they've not gone all in on Dyche.

That said I think both clubs are revolting and all their fans are little goblins so

Randomly came across a YouTube series called A View from the Terrace. there’s tons of shorts about lower league Scottish football culture. Can fully recommend it.

Its a brilliant programme, probably made all the better because there's no old firm bias.

Main presenters are Hearts, Raith Rovers Motherwell Hibs and Stenhousmuir fans.

As you say, the short stories regarding all levels of the leagues are fantastic. The one about kids with learning difficulties coming together via football is heart warming.

There's definitely a gap in the market for a similar programme about English football if the TV channels can take their focus off the EPL for 10 mins.

Yeah View from the Terrace is great, right balance of funny studio chat, guests with stories to tell, really well put together videos about interesting facets of the game beyond the first tier - it's class.

We get Saturday Social with some incel TikTokers shouting over each other

The podcast is decent as well, as is the little spin off they did just reviewing and talking about stuff other than football. The tv show is off air now until the new year, but keep an eye out on BBC Scotland for it.

I was at Pittodrie last night.

Thought we'd done them but started defending far too deep with 20 mins to go.

Fans beginning to question Goodwin after the non appearance v Celtic and going defensive once ahead last night.

Rangers need serious re inforcements in Jan and Colak back ASAP.

Absolutely freezing, but plenty of Tennants pre and post game.

Ah balls meant Christmas Eve

Is it because they aren’t playing today/this week ?

Aye, the defence has been a shambles all season.

We'd been hoping they would have been working on it over the month long break. If anything it's got worse.

Roos panics everytime a cross ball comes into the box and his nervousness spreads through the back 4.

Goodwin brought in some lower league English players in the summer and not 1 of them has had a positive impact. Coulsen maybe.

Miovski and Duk are good players but won't be with us for long.

January fixtures look tough and a potential banana skin at Darvel away in the cup.

Away at St Mirren this season is a pretty tough game for most to be fair, even without giving away 3 penalties.

Hibs are rough man. Having the owner's son as a DoF signing whoever he likes doesn't seem to have paid off funnily enough.

Lee Johnson is also shite, so many better names they could have gone for
