What is the most effective way of reporting a profile that appears to be fake/bot?

For example, the latest new profile is apparently somebody calling themselves 'Super Carpet Cleaning'.

New users need their first post manually approved by a moderator before it appears on the site and they can post freely.

 

Most bots are weeded out this way so you never see the spam posts.

He may have not been everyone's cup of tea in terms of his views, but didn't feel he went 'too far'.

I don't think he was banned, was he? I think he deactivated his account.

Hover over it and it says 'Members Solved Count' so presumably how many times they've solved a query/problem mentioned in this sub-forum.
