Look at Chilwell, massively improved physically over the years with us because he clearly put the effort in to improve. Thomas the complete opposite, sat on his FA Cup final appearance and thinks he’s the dogs bollocks. You cannot tell me he hasn’t got a nutritionist and a gym template to work off with our facilities. You don’t need to be an insider to see he’s lazy and stealing a living.

it's not just physical though, yes he's weak and could get blown over by a gentle breeze, but his decision making is shit and his positioning is consistently wrong. This is the sort of thing that is supposed to improve with experience, instead it gets worse every year. His lack of effort to improve is a disgrace on his behalf but what the **** are the coaching staff doing to allow this constant deterioration to stand

Just watched the match highlights. Guess who was at fault for the collapse? Yes thats right, none other than Luke "League 1" Thomas lol

Last season I was calling him "League 1 Thomas", forgive me for how wrong I was, should be "League 2" Thomas

Cares more about playing pool (very good player tbh) still plays for a couple of teams during the week and used to use his Mrs surname ( not sure if he still does) and yes he drinks heavily during these nights, just like he will be tonight.

Has no intention of taking his career seriously, not helped by the people around him

Genuinely just the shittest twat and a proper useless little pussy. I'm not sure that he's actually good at anything on a football pitch.

He's not athletic. He can't defend 1v1. He's weak. He's not good aerially. He's horrendously one footed. He takes way too long to make a decision. He's too negative with his choice of pass and often puts the receiver in a poor position.

Please don't play him ever again.

Given your budding reputation as Mr Positive, this is a hell of a reference or Luke

I think he’ll only ever look decent as a wing back in a back 3 formation. Can’t defend in a team that sits high up the pitch. I think a back 3 actually solves a lot of our problems but Martin seems set with this formation for the time being.

He doesn't have the athleticism for it nevermind anything else

I got banned last season for saying he ‘needs putting out his misery’.

Still stand by that, an absolutely useless player who is stealing a career.

And, before the cry babies pretend ‘putting out his misery’, means something other than being dropped and released 🖕

i actually dont think there is much hope for some within the fan base

I thought you were going to say "this is what somebody said of him in 2021" or something. Not after today's game. Christ!

Do you remember us turning down a €5 million bid from Hoffenheim 18 months ago lol

This club overvalues the shit players and undervalues our good players.

Worst of both worlds. Selling Bilal for peanuts, while rejecting offers for Thomas and Hamza.

He’s still searching for his right level.

Sounds like it should be a pub pool team

The majority of his passes today were backwards, very indecisive when he had opportunities to go forward. The cross for their goal was his side also.

He overlapped Alves a couple of times first half but wasted the crosses, he was very nervous at the start and was one of the main reason we got off to such a poor start.

A very poor game today.

I don't know anything about this McFarlane but has he been brought in as cover or to challange Thomas for his position?

He’s been our weak link for years now I hate the lad! He’s not good enough just play anyone other than him ffs! This McFarlane must not be fully fit he’s got to be better surely
