When we got promoted though happy I had a tinge of sadness. That's interesting... a club has to return it three weeks b4 their last game.... but say this year, if a club becomes champion say 4 weeks b4 man city's last game then they cant be presented with it for a further week

They do have a trophy cabinet. Problem is they’d have to take a jemmy to it in the unlikely event that they won anything, because they’ve lost the key and in any case the lock’s all rusted.

Love that photo but it only tells half the story. 

 

Sure, it depicts our on field success but the real triumph that this wonderful family has brought can be told through the financial stability they have brought. The global recognition and the solid infrastructure that the likes of a stunning, state of the art training ground and soon to be top notch stadium with all that's coming with it like the increased revenue of 8000 more seats, the events arena and the hotel that will not only boost our club but the city as a whole, bringing jobs and income to its residents. 

 

It's really incredible what they have achieved in just over a decade.

Must be fans pretending to be LCFC fans, no way 1 in 20 LCFC fans are unhappy with the current owners.
