Disappointing that they've gone with an initial allocation of just 1,830?
Especially considering so many of them are crap views.

They always ask for a small allocation at Everton yet we almost always sell it out. Agree with the restricted view too, crazy that around 1/6th of the allocation will have a bad view.

I'm pretty sure this happened the other year too (season before Covid)?

Excited for this one though. Got a hotel booked for the Saturday.

All STH's???

I've got a mate who is an Everton fan and want to go up with him.

Went to the 2-2 League Cup penalty win, 3-1 Musa pair FA Cup win and a couple of League games up there but thought the allocation was over 2k for the League games.

You would hope that the club have brains and leave the option of taking the extra allocation. However, what will happen is that there will be 300 RV seats left and the club will think it's not selling out.

Also, why are the Ausden Clark coaches leaving at 08:00 for this (and also 16:00 for the Liverpool match)? I always thought they left much earlier (and they do for most other games). Unless they get a good police escort in Liverpool which cuts their journey time down.

4 hours is taking quite a big risk, I regularly do Leicester to Liverpool and on a good day it's 3 hours or thereabouts - I did do it very quickly after the cup game against Birmingham city once but roads were deserted.

Pretty sure Sunday at 08:00 it will take 2.5 hours so little risk. However, a Wednesday night is a different matter. Pretty sure it took us just over 3 hours in the car to Everton 2 years ago, same time of year, same game (QF). Might even have taken a little longer than that.

Yep I left Lutterworth @ 3.15pm and got up there past 6.30, took 2.5 coming back as they had shut every road back to the East Midlands!!!  A50, M6, I ended up going through Hinckley somewhere!!!  We won though!!

I agree, I'd be leaving earlier than that for the Wednesday night. The M6 is far too unpredictable.

And 60 'best' lower tier seats already greyed out.

And now a huge chunk of LV2 greyed out already. The better ones of course. What's going on?

Taking out those and all the RV seats, by my reckoning there is actually slightly under 1100 available.

Hoping to make this one. The Mrs has plenty of family in Liverpool to which a pre Christmas trip would put me in the good books and nipping off for a few hours to the game shouldn’t be too much of an issue.

Would be my first trip to Goodison Park too. Hopefully no issues with getting a ticket on Wednesday.

580ish, that's without the club taking the extra tickets. You should be fine as a member.

400 tickets left. Assuming all have been released. The biggest brackets to come yet. The club have to take the extra allocation surely. Everton haven't started their sales yet so the option for the club to take the top tier should be there.

You would think so, I'm surprised how well this is selling actually.  I don't think we took the top tier for the new year's Day game a couple of years back but that was also a noon kick off so even less appealing than this on paper.

We took it for the Carabao Cup QF (I was in the top tier for that one). Otherwise, the only other time I think we took a full allocation was the FA Cup game 5 years back.

I went to those 2 games and want to go to this one.  Up top for both games.  Hopefully get to Friday with not too many RV's.

Anyone know how likely it is for the club to get the upper tier as i want to know if it is worth holding out for a ticket

Depends how much the club care about the fans, so probably not going with the upper tier.

We would easily sell half of the upper tier but it depends if the club want to risk that.

230 left with about 100 RV tickets left to put on sale. All STH's and members yet to get a chance to buy.
