Box at Old Trafford for Man U v Leicester

I have been asked to post this on here - a friend of mine is raising money for his daughters spine treatment. He has been offered a box at Old Trafford for our game in April and asked if anyone on here wants to take it up.

 

It is for a VIP experience for 8 people, including meal, free bar, a car parking space with the players cars and the usual bells and whistles.     

 

He is looking for £2400 for the box, so maybe ask at work to see if your company fancies booking it and treating you to a day out! Alternatively 8 of you paying £300 each would do it.

I.ve been in 1 of those boxes and it was a very pleasant experience, apart from the result.

I was invited by a client a few years years ago to see Man U v Liverpool in the League Cup in one of those boxes (next to Ashley Young's box)

 

There was 8 of us in the box, 1 Man Utd fan, me, and 6 Liverpool fans. 

 

At half time the ex Man Utd player Lee Martin came in doing his match day duties with a load of photo's of himself to be signed. He put them on the table and one of the Liverpool fans (who was well pissed) tore them all up, chucked them on the floor and told Martin to fvck off

I over did the free bar and started giving the Man U fans on the other side of the glass, the w@nkers sign, Then I realised there were 6 strangers around me in the box and got a bit (rightly so) embarrassed
